Brookhaven has 191 vehicles, and 87 of them cost nothing at all. That includes the police car, the ambulance, the fire truck, a Bugatti and even a tank. Most players never find half of them.
This page lists every single one, sorted by where it lives in the catalog, with a note on how you unlock it. Then it goes through what each game pass really gives you, how fast you can actually go, and which pass is worth your Robux. All the prices here were checked against the game itself, not copied from an old post.
Quick answer: 191 vehicles. 87 are free, 64 need a permanent game pass and 40 only turn up during events. The best value pass is Premium at 275 Robux, which works out at about 13 Robux per vehicle. The cheapest useful pass is Vehicle Upgrade at 30 Robux, which takes your top speed to 100 MPH.
How vehicles work in Brookhaven
Nearly every vehicle comes from the Vehicle Catalog. Open it from the sidebar on the right, pick what you want, and it spawns on the road beside you. Anything with a small icon in the corner needs a game pass.
Aircraft are the exception. They do not appear in the catalog at all. You have to find a helipad. Those sit on top of buildings like the police station, the fire station and Big Frank’s Motors. Some of the bigger houses have one too.
The controls
On PC you drive with WASD or the arrow keys. Press F to honk, G for hazard lights, V for headlights and H to unstick a vehicle that is jammed. Jump to get out of a car, or press E to hop off a small vehicle.
On mobile you steer with the joystick. The jump button makes a horse or a small vehicle hop, and the X button near the bottom gets you off one.

A note on the count. The wiki tables hold 192 rows, but the Food Truck is entered twice in the work vehicle list. That makes the real total 191. A few other names show up more than once on purpose, because there is a free version and a paid version of the same vehicle.

Premium is the best deal by a mile. At 275 Robux for 21 vehicles it costs about 13 Robux each, while the Vehicle Pack asks 33. It is also the pass that unlocks helicopters and jets, and it comes with 22 houses. If you are only ever going to buy one pass, this is the one.
Three of those 21 vehicles are holiday aircraft that only show up during events. Count just the 18 you can use all year and it is still about 15 Robux each. That is less than half what the Vehicle Pack charges.
The VIP Pack looks awful in that table at 200 Robux a vehicle, but that is not really what it is for. People buy VIP for the houses, the props, the chat tag and the ability to spawn several vehicles at once. The five vehicles are a bonus, not the point.
All 18 boats, and the Boat Pack catch
Boats only work in the ocean. You cannot use them on the lakes. Seven are free and eleven come with the Boat Pack, but look carefully at the names before you spend anything.

Every free boat has a paid twin. All 7 free boats appear again inside the Boat Pack, and the wiki describes those versions as upgrades of the ones you already have. Only 4 of the 11 are brand new boats: the Wave Runner V2, the Race Boat, the House Boat and the Yacht.
That changes the maths. The pack costs 299 Robux, so it looks like about 27 Robux a boat. Counted as new boats only, you are paying roughly 75 Robux each, which is nearly three times as much. Buy it because you want the Yacht or the House Boat, not because the number 11 sounds big.
One free trick worth knowing. The Yacht sits in Lake Madison, and players who do not own the Boat Pack can still walk on board and use it. It just will not move.
How fast can you actually go
Speed in Brookhaven is set by which pass you own, not by which car you pick. Two passes control it, and they are priced very differently.

Buy the 30 Robux one first. Vehicle Upgrade is the cheapest pass in the entire game and it takes street cars to 100 MPH. Going from there up to 200 MPH costs another 199 Robux. The second half of the speed ladder is 6.6 times more expensive than the first half, for the same 100 MPH.
Put another way, Vehicle Upgrade costs about 0.3 Robux for every MPH it gives you, and Vehicle Speed Unlocked costs about 1 Robux per MPH. If you only want to stop feeling slow, the cheap pass does most of the job.
There is also a newer pass called Vehicle Boost Upgrade at 199 Robux, added in July 2026. It gives you a short burst above your normal top speed with flames on the back. The wiki is honest that the 600 figure in its description is a theoretical maximum you cannot really reach.

The Military Jet at 200 MPH is the fastest thing in Brookhaven. That is the exact same cap a street car hits with the top speed pass. At the other end, the Hot Air Balloon does 10 MPH, which is slower than a horse at a trot.
There are three more aircraft that only appear at holidays: Santa’s Sleigh at Christmas, the UFO at Halloween and the Egg at Easter. All three fly at 80 MPH and all three need Premium.
Horses, and the pass mistake people make
Horses count as vehicles, they spawn on streets, and they run on a completely separate speed system from everything else.

Speed passes do nothing for horses. Every horse in the game moves at the same four speeds no matter what you own, and the wiki says so twice. Buying the 199 Robux speed pass will not make your horse quicker.
The only pass that changes a horse is Horse Upgrade at 99 Robux. It unlocks the 50 MPH gallop, six extra breeds and the colour options.
Now compare that. A bike or scooter only reaches 50 MPH with the 199 Robux pass. The horse route to the same number costs half as much.

Check your vehicle type first. Underglow does not work on motorbikes, horses or boats. Wraps do work on motorbikes and boats. So if you ride a motorbike, the underglow half of that 399 Robux pass is no use to you.
Police cars, ambulances, fire trucks and the emergency boats also get sirens and flashing lights, which no other vehicle can use.

What to buy first
If you are working out where your Robux should go, the numbers point in a clear order.
- Vehicle Upgrade, 30 Robux. The cheapest pass in the game and it doubles your top speed. Nothing else gives you that much for so little.
- Premium, 275 Robux. The best value vehicle pass at about 13 Robux each, and it hands you helicopters, jets and 22 houses as well.
- Vehicle Customization, 399 Robux. Only if you care about looks. Check first that your favourite vehicle supports underglow.
- Horse Upgrade, 99 Robux. Cheap, and the only way to make a horse gallop.
- Boat Pack, 299 Robux. Last. Seven of its boats copy free ones, so you are really buying four.
And remember that 87 vehicles cost nothing. You can run a full police, firefighter, farming or delivery roleplay without spending a single Robux.
