Brookhaven RP is one of the biggest roleplay games on all of Roblox, and it has been for years. You get a house, a car, and a whole open town to mess around in. No quests, no objectives. Just pure freeform roleplay with whoever else shows up on the server.
What You Actually Do in Brookhaven
You pick a house from a bunch of different property types, from small starter homes to massive mansions, and you can decorate the inside however you want. Then you grab a car, drive around town, and basically live out whatever scenario you and your friends cook up. Cops and robbers, family roleplay, drama, whatever you feel like.
The town itself has a bunch of locations to hang out at. There’s a hospital, a school, a movie theater, a church, and even a secret underground bunker that a lot of newer players haven’t found yet. Each spot gives you props and costumes to interact with, which makes roleplays feel a little more alive.
The game has a big wardrobe system too. You can dress your character in outfits specific to Brookhaven, not just your normal Roblox avatar look. There are job outfits, casual clothes, and some pretty wild costume options. Switching between them mid-roleplay is honestly half the fun.
The Good Stuff and the Frustrating Parts
Brookhaven is genuinely one of the easiest games to just jump into. There’s no learning curve. You load in, grab a house, and you’re already playing. For hanging out with friends or killing time, it’s hard to beat.
The frustrating part is the servers. Public servers are chaotic. You’ll almost always run into people who are trolling, spamming music IDs through the radio system, or just driving cars into everyone’s houses on purpose. If you want a clean experience, you really need a private server, and those cost Robux.
The game still pulls massive player counts, so it’s not dying by any stretch. Updates do come in, usually adding new vehicles, clothing, or locations. It’s not the fastest update schedule ever, but there’s enough to keep things fresh if you’ve been away for a while.
