Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum

Last Updated: August 2026  |  Room, badge and shop numbers checked against the live game.

Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum is 120 small puzzle rooms in a row, and the name is a dare. Each room gives you one problem, a few props and no instructions, and you either work it out or you sit there. Nearly 16 million people have tried it and 285,657 have finished it.

This page has the whole room ladder, all nine hidden collectibles and the exact ten rooms where most players give up. It also has one badge number that does not behave the way it should.

How to Play Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum

  1. Look at everything in the room before you touch anything. Every prop in there is usually part of the answer.
  2. Expect the answer to be simple. These are short puzzles, not long ones, and overthinking is the usual mistake.
  3. Watch what other players try. Fifteen people share a server and somebody is usually a room ahead of you.
  4. Brace yourself around room 21. That is where the game stops most people.
  5. Keep an eye out for the collectibles. They are hidden in the rooms and they have their own badges.
  6. Go back for the ones you missed. Some are far rarer than finishing the game itself.
  7. Come back after an update. The room count has gone up before and it may again.

Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum Gameplay: Rooms, Props and Traps

There is one idea here and it repeats 120 times. A door is shut, something in the room opens it, and nobody tells you what.

The puzzles are short but they are not gentle. Some are logic, some are timing, and a few are jokes at your expense.

There is no money in this game at all. No coins, no shop currency, nothing to farm, which is unusual and it is why there is nothing for a code to give you.

Two things to know before you start. Private servers are switched off, and the shop sells a pass called Anti-troll, which tells you what a busy server can be like.

The Room Ladder

Rooms cleared Players who got there Share of the ten before
10 13,567,172 85 in every 100 who joined
20 10,655,776 79 in every 100
30 4,293,635 40 in every 100
40 2,845,489 66 in every 100
50 2,405,507 85 in every 100
60 1,762,088 73 in every 100
70 1,343,101 76 in every 100
80 956,234 71 in every 100
90 764,568 80 in every 100
100 462,426 60 in every 100
110 277,732 60 in every 100
120 285,657 see below

The third row is the whole story. Rooms 21 to 30 keep only four players in every ten who reach them, and about 6.3 million people stop inside that stretch.

Nothing else in the game is close. Every other ten rooms keeps between six and nine in ten, and the fifties are actually the friendliest part of the whole run.

So the game is hardest early. If you get past room 30 you are already through the worst of it, whatever the room numbers suggest.

One caveat on every number here. The badges arrived six weeks after the game opened, so the earliest players are missing and each count is a floor.

The Badge That Goes Backwards

Here is the oddity. More players hold the badge for 120 rooms than the badge for 110 rooms, 285,657 against 277,732.

That should not be possible, because you have to pass room 110 to reach room 120. And it is not a case of the badge being newer, since the 110 badge was made first.

The only reading that fits is that some players are getting to the end without the 110 badge registering. We can see the numbers but not the cause, so that is as far as we will go.

All Nine Collectibles

Collectible Players who found it Notes
Cat 20,518 The rarest thing in the game, and rarer than finishing it
Bunny 132,987 Six times more common than the cat, and still hard
Tix 405,354 Named after a Roblox currency that was removed years ago
PS1 Rat 549,200 The second of the three rats
Taco 1,447,024 The badge text is a joke about a song
Rubber Duck 2,607,027 The badge calls it a programmer’s best friend
Louie 3,815,327 Also a rat, and the game says so
Rat 4,879,996 The first rat, and the badge asks why you picked it up
Puppy 5,367,769 The one nearly everybody gets

The cat is the real prize. Only 20,518 players have found it, which makes it rarer than finishing the entire game.

Three of the nine are rats, and the badge descriptions treat that as a running joke. One of them is called Louie and the game points out that he is, in fact, a rat.

The Tix one is a nod to older players. Tix was a Roblox currency that was removed a decade ago, and picking one up here is a small in joke.

The Shop

Pass Price What it does
Unlock All Levels 399 Robux Opens every room, which is most of the game gone
V.I.P 59 Robux The usual perks pass
Anti-troll 59 Robux Stops other players interfering with your run

Three passes and nothing has been added since December 2025. Two of them cost less than a coffee and the third takes the game away.

Unlock All Levels at 399 Robux is the interesting one. In a game where the whole point is working the rooms out, paying to open them all is an odd thing to sell.

Anti-troll at 59 tells you the other half of the story. Fifteen players share a server, and evidently enough of them try to ruin your run for the developer to sell protection from it.

A One Game Developer

This is the only game its developer has ever published on Roblox, and it has 28 million visits. That is a rare thing to pull off first time.

It was busiest on Christmas Day 2025, with 9,784 people playing at once. That is still its record.

It has not faded either. Two weeks before this page was written it hit 6,550 players at once, which is two thirds of its all time best.

The rating is the weak spot at about 74 in every 100 votes being likes. A game that stops six million people in ten rooms collects some unhappy voters.

Codes and Scripts

There are no codes and no code box. Our Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum codes page covers that and what is worth hunting instead.

One script loads and it needs no key. Our Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum script page has it, plus why the most shared one is 57 characters long.

Tips for New Prove You Are Not a Dum-Dum Players

  • Try the obvious thing first. These puzzles are short and the answer is rarely clever.
  • Look up. A surprising number of rooms hide the answer above eye level.
  • Do not rush past a collectible. Some are far rarer than the ending.
  • Push through the twenties in one sitting. That is where most people quit for good.
  • Play in a full server if you are stuck. Fifteen brains beat one.
  • Skip the unlock pass. Paying to open the rooms removes the only thing the game does.
  • Check the room count in the description. When it goes up there is new stuff to clear.
