Last Verified: August 2026 | Checked this week against the live game. No codes, and no code box.
There are no codes for The Space Simulator, and there never have been. The game has no code box, and the developer has never put a code anywhere on the game page. Even the game’s own fan wiki, which has more than two hundred articles about everything from spaceships to ice cream, has no page about codes at all.
It does give things away, though, and it is generous about it. There is a free spaceship you can unlock in your first hour, a status you earn by collecting things rather than paying, and a fresh set of rare items every Saturday. Here is how each of those works.
Active The Space Simulator Codes (August 2026)
No codes, and nowhere to type one.
This is not a list that has run dry. The feature does not exist in the game, no code site has ever had a page for it, and the community wiki has never written one either.
If a game ever does add codes, they are almost always case-sensitive, so copying rather than typing is a good habit to keep.
How to Redeem The Space Simulator Codes
You cannot, and that is the honest answer. There is no Enter Code box in the shop, in the settings or anywhere else in the game.
So if a video walks you through redeeming one here, it is describing a different game. Close it before it asks you to download anything or sign in.
The money here is called credits, and you get it by selling what you mine. There is no balance sitting there waiting for a code to top it up.
The Free Ship Most Players Never Unlock
You start with a slow ship called the Orbiter. There is a much better one you can have for nothing, and getting it is a job for your first session.
1Fly to the Moon. About 25 million players have already done this, so it is not the hard part.
2Find an orb there. They are round objects with a little circuit on top, and they sit on the surface.
3Carry it back to Earth. You can only hold two orbs at a time, so do not get greedy.
4Put it on the podium on Earth. That unlocks the Corvette, which is roughly twice the ship the Orbiter is.
5Keep collecting. Every orb after that counts towards something bigger.
It used to be handed out for liking the game and joining the group. Now you have to go and fetch it, which is a fairer trade.
Orbs Are This Game’s Version Of A Code
The developer’s own line on the game page is short: collect every orb to unlock VIP status. That is the biggest free thing in the game and it costs no Robux at all.
There are 34 orbs in the normal game, scattered from Mercury out to Planet X. Collect all of them and you are VIP.
There is a shorter version too. The classic mode has 26 orbs, and finishing that set makes you a Champion instead.
Do not go looking for a map. A handful of them, including the ones on Sedna and Planet X, move around for every player, so nobody can tell you where yours is.

When Do New The Space Simulator Codes Drop?
There is no schedule to give you, because there is nothing to schedule. This game has never released a code.
What it does have is a clock, and it is worth setting. The season changes every Saturday morning, and a new set of Centaur asteroids arrives with it.
Those asteroids carry rare, epic, legendary and mythic items, and they are gone by the next week. Turning up on a Saturday is the closest thing this game has to a code drop.
Bigger things arrive about once a month. The game’s name on Roblox changes when they do, and it has recently said Mercury, Umbriel and Asteroid Belt.

Those are the tags the name has carried. Read them in order and you have the tour: Pluto, then Makemake, then Eris, then the Sun, then Sedna, then Planet X.
Free Things Worth Doing Instead
Use the Hubble telescope
Seven million players have. It is free, it is on the list of badges, and it is how you find things worth flying to.
Visit the space station
Another free badge, and five and a half million players have it.
Answer a distress signal
Other players get stranded. Going to get them is free and there is a badge for it that only 686 people have.
Turn up on a Saturday
New asteroids, new rare items, and it costs nothing but your morning.
Play with Roblox Premium if you have it
The game says Premium members get 15 percent more speed out of their ships.
What The Shop Costs Instead
Twelve passes are on sale and the whole set is 1,691 Robux, which is cheap next to most games this size. Nothing has ever been taken off sale.
1The Vortex ship at 399 Robux is the only pass that is a spaceship, and you can earn faster ships without it.
2The two backpack passes, at 149 and 99, tell you the free carry limit is small.
3Ship Lock is 50 Robux and stops other players flying off in your ship, which tells you they can.
4Double XP at 199 is the only one that speeds up your level.
5The rest are comforts: a horn, an instant brake, a music player and a way back to where you were.
About The Space Simulator
The Space Simulator is made by one person, a verified Roblox user called mooonc0w. It opened in October 2023 and has passed 87 million visits.
You fly the real solar system in it, from Mercury out to Sedna and Planet X, with the Moon, the space station and Halley’s Comet on the way. About 96 in every 100 votes are likes.
Scripts are a separate question. Our The Space Simulator script page has the two that load, and the developer’s own view of them.
