Animal Hospital puts you on the night shift at a pet clinic where some of the patients are not patients. You check animals in at the window, work out what is wrong with them, and treat them in the back rooms. The catch is that fakes queue up with the real ones, and letting one through goes badly. Servers hold thirty people, so most shifts are a team job.
The Animal Hospital scripts on this page all still load, and we checked every one of them this month. Most of them go after the same jobs: treating patients for you, keeping your sanity topped up, and marking the fakes so you stop guessing. Five of them need no key at all. We also read the code where we could, and one thing worth knowing came out of that.

This one checks which game you are actually in before it loads anything. It keeps a list of 44 games and picks the file that matches. We followed that list and it does have a file made for this hospital, so you are not getting a generic menu here. It asks for no key at all.

Read the section under the scripts before you use this one. It is listed as an auto farm, but the code is a server hopper. You get a small window with a hop button and a five minute timer. It also jumps servers when the shift report sound plays, or when you die. Every line of it is plain readable text.

The older and simpler version of the one above. It sits and waits for the shift report sound, counts down 20 seconds, then moves you to a new server. No timer and no death trigger. Pick this one if you only want the hop and nothing else.

Being straight with you on this one. It loads and it asks for no key, and we checked it for the nasty stuff and found none. But the code is deliberately scrambled, so we cannot read the feature list and tell you what every button does. Try it on an alt first.

Same story as the last one. It is live, it needs no key, and nothing dodgy showed up when we checked it. The code is scrambled too, so treat the feature list on the listing as a claim rather than a promise.

The most used script for this game by a wide margin. It does make you get a key first, which means visiting the owner’s link and copying a code back into the menu. If you would rather not do that, use one of the keyless ones above.

The second busiest one, and also behind a key. Its listing leans on the front desk and carrying jobs, which are the parts of a shift that eat the most time. Same deal as above, you have to fetch a key before it opens.
Half of These Are Not Auto Farms
Nearly every listing for this game is called auto farm, auto shift, or auto everything. Two of the ones above are small enough to read from top to bottom, so we did. Neither one is an auto farm.
Both are server hoppers. They sit quietly and listen for the sound the game plays when your shift report appears. When they hear it, they count down and then move you into a different server. The bigger one also hops when a five minute timer runs out, and again if you die.
That helps a lot if you want to farm shift payouts. A fresh server starts you on an early shift instead of a hard late one. It is not what you want if you thought something would treat your patients while you sat still. Worth knowing before you paste it.
One we left out on purpose. There is a sixth version of that hopper going around with the teleport wrapped in a loop that never stops. It hammers Roblox with requests until something gives. Nothing in it steals from you, but it is the kind of thing that gets an account limited, so we did not list it.
What Sanity Is, and Why Scripts Target It
Sanity is your health bar in this game. You start a shift somewhere between 61 and 65, and at 0 you die. Just being at work costs you 1 sanity every 50 seconds, whatever you do. That is why infinite sanity shows up on almost every feature list.
The other big drain is guessing wrong at the window. Zapping a fake pays you 2 sanity back, but zapping a real patient costs you 15. Four of those and you are nearly finished. If you would rather learn to read the window properly than lean on a script, we wrote up every sign to look for.

Animal Hospital launched in May 2026 and has already passed 1.3 billion visits. It is made by a verified group called Animal Anomaly. Around half a million people are playing it at any moment, which makes it one of the busiest games on the whole platform right now.
The reason people want a script here is the grind. A run is a chain of shifts that never ends, your sanity drips away the whole time, and three animal deaths wipes the run. Money and Animal Coins only come in at the end of a shift. So the classes and skins you want sit behind a lot of repeat work.
Scripts break the Roblox Terms of Service, so use an alt account if you run one. An alt is a spare account you would not mind losing. Be fussy about where you get them, too. Yes. Five of the seven above need no key. The two that do are the most popular ones, so they are worth the extra step if you want the fuller menu.
Which one should I try first?
Cyraa Hub. It needs no key and it loads a file made for this game rather than a generic menu. If you only want to farm shift payouts, use one of the two hoppers instead.
Can I get banned for using one?
Yes. Scripts break the Roblox rules and this game is popular enough to be watched closely. Use an alt account you would not miss, and never put your main password into a key page.
