Bee Swarm Simulator Bees
“Which bees are the rarest, and which ones should you actually chase?”
Last Updated: July 2026
Bee Swarm Simulator is one of the longest-running hits on Roblox. You raise a hive of bees, collect pollen from flower fields, and turn it all into honey to grow even stronger.
Every bee belongs to a rarity, from the humble Basic Bee all the way up to Mythic and Event bees. Rarer bees have better stats and cooler abilities, so knowing the groups helps you plan your hive.
There are currently 46 types of bees to collect, and your hive can hold up to 50 of them. On top of that, any bee can become a gifted bee, a boosted version that gives your whole hive a special bonus.
New to the game? Our Bee Swarm Simulator wiki explains the basics, and the Bee Swarm Simulator codes page lists free honey, tickets, and boosts.
Below is the full bees list by rarity, plus a simple guide to gifted bees and the best ways to get one.
The Quick Answer
Bee Swarm Simulator sorts bees into rarities, from lowest to highest: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic, plus special Event bees from events and quests. There are currently 46 bee types. The most chased bees are Mythics like Buoyant Bee and Fuzzy Bee, and famous Event bees like Photon Bee, Tabby Bee, and Vicious Bee. Any bee can also become gifted, which boosts its stats and gives your hive a unique bonus.
How Bees Work in Bee Swarm Simulator
Before the list, here is the loop the whole game runs on. Once it clicks, the rarities make a lot more sense.
1
Hatch bees from eggs. You buy eggs with honey, from the cheap basic egg up to silver, gold, diamond, and mythic eggs. Rarer eggs give better odds of hatching a rare bee.
2
Send them into the fields. Your bees follow you into flower fields, collect pollen, and carry it back to the hive, where it becomes honey, the main currency of the game.
3
Fill and upgrade your hive. Your hive starts with 25 slots and can grow to hold up to 50 bees. Royal jelly rerolls a bee you do not want into a different one.
4
Level your bees up. Feed your bees treats to raise their bond and level. Higher-level bees carry more pollen, work longer, and hit harder. Our wiki covers which quests to focus on first.
Bee Swarm Simulator Bees by Rarity
Here is every rarity in order, what it means, and the bees currently in that group. Onett adds new bees in big updates, so treat the exact lists as a snapshot rather than set in stone.
| Rarity |
What it means |
Bees in this group |
| Common |
Where everyone starts. The Basic Bee is the only Common bee, and it joins you in your very first minute. |
Basic Bee |
| Rare |
Easy to hatch from early eggs. These bees fill out your first hive and keep the pollen flowing. |
Bomber, Brave, Bumble, Cool, Hasty, Looker, Rad, Rascal, Stubborn |
| Epic |
A clear step up, with stronger stats and abilities that really help a growing hive. |
Bubble, Bucko, Commander, Demo, Exhausted, Fire, Frosty, Honey, Rage, Riley, Shocked |
| Legendary |
Hard to hatch, and every one has a special look. These bees anchor most mid-game hives. |
Baby, Carpenter, Demon, Diamond, Lion, Music, Ninja, Shy |
| Mythic |
The rarest bees you can hatch from eggs, with some of the strongest abilities in the game. |
Buoyant, Fuzzy, Precise, Spicy, Tadpole, Vector |
| Event |
Special bees from events, quests, and tickets. They never hatch from normal eggs. |
Bear, Cobalt, Crimson, Digital, Festive, Gummy, Photon, Puppy, Tabby, Vicious, Windy |
The bees players chase
Among the Mythics, Buoyant Bee and Fuzzy Bee are hive favorites for their powerful pollen abilities, while Spicy Bee can even summon extra Fire Bees to help out. On the Event side, Photon Bee never runs out of energy and zaps fields with beams, Tabby Bee gets stronger the more it scratches, and Vicious Bee drops spikes on enemies. Which bee counts as the best shifts with updates and your hive build, so there is always something new to chase.
How do you get Event bees? Each Event bee has its own path: some come from event quests and tickets, and a few can be bought. Bear Bee, for example, used to cost Robux but can now be earned in the game. Events come and go, so grab an Event bee while its event is running.
Green rows always make a gifted bee. Gold rows are luck-based, so do not count on them.
How Gifted Bees Work
A gifted bee is a shinier, stronger version of a normal bee. It gets a big stat boost and gives your whole hive a special bonus that no other bee can copy. Every bee type has its own gifted bonus, and duplicates do not stack, so a mix of gifted bees beats a pile of the same one.
Guaranteed Ways to Get a Gifted Bee
| Item |
Where you get it |
How it works |
| Star Treat |
Rare quest and event rewards |
Feed it to any bee and that exact bee turns gifted. Save these for a bee your hive really needs. |
| Star Jelly |
Quests, events, and rare drops |
Turns a bee into a random gifted bee, so you cannot pick which one you end up with. |
| Star Egg |
Special shop offers and rewards |
Always hatches straight into a gifted bee. |
Lucky Ways to Get a Gifted Bee
These do not promise anything, but they add up over a long save. The odds below are rough and can change with updates.
| Item |
The odds |
Why it still matters |
| Basic Egg |
Small, about 1 in 287 |
Basic eggs are cheap, so hatching lots of them is a slow but steady shot at a gifted bee. |
| Royal Jelly |
Small, about 1 in 287 |
Every reroll has the same small gifted chance, so a gifted bee sometimes shows up by surprise. |
| Favorite Treats |
Tiny per treat |
Feeding a bee its favorite treat has a very small chance to turn that exact bee gifted. |
Which bee should you gift first? It depends on your hive plan. Most players build toward a blue, red, or white hive, and the best gifted bee is different for each colour. Gifted Legendary and Mythic bees give some of the strongest bonuses, but they are also the hardest to get. Hive builds shift with updates, so double-check a current build before spending a Star Treat.
Tips for Building a Better Hive
- Pick a hive colour plan early. Blue, red, and white builds all work, but bees that match your plan boost each other more.
- Be careful with royal jelly. It rerolls a bee into something random, so only use it on bees you actually want to replace.
- Feed treats every day to raise bond, and save your Star Treats for the one bee your hive really needs.
- Grab free honey, tickets, and boosts from our Bee Swarm Simulator codes page so you can afford eggs sooner.
- Play during events. Event bees, star rewards, and special quests only show up while an event is on.
