The hub is closed. No servers are running, nobody is inside, and the game’s own page opens by saying voting has finished.
Nothing was ever written for it while it was open either. Four code pages carry its name and not one of them holds anything for it.

It was a one off event, so none of that is a mystery. It ran through the summer of 2023 and peaked at 9,191 people at once in July.
The page is still up and you can still look at it. What you cannot do is get inside, which settles the script question before it starts.
The winners were announced that September, and the hub has sat there ever since.

The first one is worth a proper look, because it is the tidiest example of a trick we see a lot.
It is named exactly after this voting hub. It holds one huge scrambled file, and the words awards and voting do not appear in it at all.
Here is the part that settles it. That page went up in July 2022, and this event did not exist until March 2023.
So someone took a general file and renamed the page after a game that did not exist yet, to catch searches later. Whatever is in it, it was not written for this.
The other three are simply empty. One is a folder with nothing in it. Two are pages with no files at all, both named after free items from a later hub.
Where the Free Items Went
The clothes in the pictures were real and they were free, which is why this hub still gets searched for three years later.
You got them by doing things in the hub. There was a photobooth, a hidden item to find, and a short list of tasks. Finishing them unlocked the clothes.
That route closed with the event. Items you claimed then are still yours, because Roblox items do not expire once you own them.
If you missed them, nothing gets them back. No script can put a Roblox item in an account, and this one cannot even be entered.
What To Do Instead
Catch the next one while it is open
Roblox runs an awards hub most years and the newer ones give away items the same way. Be there while it is open, not after.
Watch the same team’s other events
The group behind this runs a dozen official events. Several handed out free items in the last two years.
Check what you already own
Anyone who went in 2023 and did the tasks still has the items. They sit in your Roblox account, not in the game.
Look at games that hand out items now
Plenty of live games give away free Roblox items today, and those you can actually walk into.
If You Still Want To Run Something
1Be clear that the hub is closed. There are no servers, so there is nowhere to paste anything.
2Treat any page named after a closed event with suspicion. One of these was put up eight months before the event existed.
3Never trust a scrambled file that does not mention the game it claims to be for.
