Stuck on an office level in Taxi Boss? Most levels ask for items like Wood Planks, Concrete Bags or Monitors, and the game doesn’t tell you where to get them. You get them by driving the right customers.

Quick answer. Items drop from customers you drive. Wood Planks and Concrete Bags come from Citizens and Builders. Glass Panes come from Builders and Businessmen. Metal Pipes come from Builders and Engineers. Monitors and Motherboards only come from Businessmen. Sand is picked up at Beechwood Beach.

Across all 16 levels you earn $809,100 in rewards, 7 extra drivers and 1 mechanic. Level 5 unlocks Time Trials, level 8 unlocks the Race Club, and level 13 unlocks Contracts.

Level 12 is the odd one. It asks for 2 Aluminum Pipes and 4 Gears, which are car parts instead of office items. You can get them from customers or buy them at the Part Shop when they show up there.

How to get Wood Planks
Wood Planks come from Lumberjacks, Citizens and Builders. Lumberjacks are the easy ones: they hang out at the top of Da Hills and around Boss City, and a starter car can carry them.
How to get Concrete Bags
Concrete Bags come from Citizens and Builders. Citizens are mostly in Boss City. Builders wait near construction sites.
How to get Glass Panes
Glass Panes come from Builders and Businessmen. Builders are the cheaper pick because a starter car can carry the low-rated ones.
How to get Metal Pipes
Metal Pipes come from Builders and Engineers. Engineers stand near the docks and near construction sites.
How to get Monitors
Monitors only come from Businessmen. You find them around the middle of Boss City and in the industrial areas.
How to get Motherboards
Motherboards also only come from Businessmen. You need 5 in total, so plan on a lot of Businessman rides.
How to get sand
Levels 6 and 8 ask you to pick up a pile of sand from the beach. Sand is not an item a customer drops. Drive your car to the sand pickup spot at Beechwood Beach to collect it.
Which car you need to pick them up
You can only pick up a customer if your car’s rating is at least as high as theirs. So the car you drive decides which items you can farm.

A cheap car like the Mili 5 Door ($1,400) is rated 3.1. That is plenty for Lumberjacks and the lower-rated Builders. For Monitors and Motherboards you need a car rated at least 4.8, and the cheapest regular car that high is the Natsune 32Z at $49,000.
Level 16 tip. The last level asks you to find 2 Mafia Bosses and show them the office. Mafia Bosses are rated 7.6 to 9.0. The cheapest regular car that can carry every one of them is the Marcheta Exclusive at $450,000.
Car upgrades can raise your rating too. Seats and sound system parts each add a little, so an upgraded cheap car can carry more customers than its stock rating says.
Skipping levels with cash or Gold Bars
Skipping every level with cash adds up to $36,685,000. That is a lot of cash, so it pays to collect the items yourself when you can.
Gold Bars can also skip office levels. They drop from Underboss, CEO, Mafia Boss and Lawyer customers, who all have high ratings. You can also buy them with Robux: 5 for 50, 10 for 99, or 50 for 399.
