Shindo Life has around 170 bloodlines, and you get them by spinning. So the tier list is only half the answer. The other half is the odds, because some of the best bloodlines are also some of the easiest to roll.
This guide ranks the top bloodlines, puts their real spawn rates right next to them, and sorts everything by the game’s three categories. That combination is what tells you which bloodline is actually worth chasing.

The Quick Answer
The best bloodline is RELL, but it is a punishing 1 in 20,000 roll. The smart play is Borumaki-Gaiden, which is also S-tier and only 1 in 20.
For damage, chase Ashura-Shizen. New players should be perfectly happy with Ice or Powder.

RELL is 1 in 20,000. Borumaki-Gaiden is 1 in 20. They are both S-tier. That means a top bloodline is a thousand times easier to roll than the rarest one. Do not spend days hunting RELL when an S-tier is a handful of spins away. Add Surge (1 in 35) and you have two elite bloodlines that most players can reach in a single session.

- Beginners should keep Ice or Powder without guilt. They are easy to roll and still A-tier.
