Quick answer. Check every customer on the camera, then flip to night vision. If anything changes, close the shutter. If nothing changes, serve them, even if they look odd. Turning away a safe customer is a mistake too.
How to spot an anomaly
There are four ways to catch one. Some only show up on the camera, and some only in night vision. Some give themselves away by what they say, and the rest you can see with your own eyes.
That means 6 of the 14 look totally normal until you check the cameras. So always check before you serve.

Watch the Dancing Lady closely. If she only dances on the camera and not in person, she is the CCTV Dancer, and you should not serve her.

These are not normal customers. They come from events or happen inside the kiosk.

The inspection
Each mistake is saved for the inspection, which happens at 2 AM. Serve too many anomalies, or shut out too many safe customers, and you fail it.
Tips for a clean shift
- Check both the normal camera and night vision on every customer.
- Read what they say. Random letters or threats to your internet mean shut the shutter.
- Remember faces. A customer who looks just like an earlier one is a copy.
- Do not panic over a weird outfit or a scary mask. Looks alone do not make an anomaly.
