Quick answer. The Kitsune is the fastest pet, at 1B speed. The Dragon makes the most money. Your first rebirth needs a Horse, which is a 1 in 500K hatch. The rarest pet is the Griffin, at 1 in 15Qi.

The list goes from the most common pet to the rarest. Speed is how fast you go when you ride it. Income is how much money it makes on your ranch.
Big numbers use short letters. K means thousand, M means million and B means billion. T means trillion, Qa means quadrillion and Qi means quintillion.

7 pets do not have their stats out yet. They are the Platypus, Boar, Monkey, Flamingo, Peacock, Komodo and Griffin. You can still hatch all of them.
Rarer is not always better
Most of the time, a rarer pet is faster and earns more. But not always. Here are the spots where the list breaks that rule.
- The Kitsune is faster than the Dragon. The Dragon is rarer, but the Kitsune goes 1B and the Dragon goes 300M. That makes the Kitsune about 3.3 times faster.
- The Dragon still wins on money. It makes $300M, more than three times the Kitsune.
- The Koala earns less than it should. It is a 1 in 50 pet, but it makes $5. That is the same as the Turtle and less than the Sloth or the Axolotl.
- The Spider is a great jumper. It jumps 129. That beats 12 of the 17 rarer pets on the list, like the Horse, the Fox and the T-Rex. The first rarer pet to jump higher is the Unicorn.
So if you want to climb things, a Spider or a Kangaroo will do better than you think. If you want money, look at the income column, not just how rare the pet is.
The Phoenix can fly. That helps a lot when an egg is far away or up high.
The pet each rebirth needs
To rebirth, you need two things. You need the cash, and you need to own one certain pet. Each rebirth gives you +1x money for good and one more pet spot on your ranch. It resets your coins and your luck boost, but you keep your pets.

Look at the last column. The Fox is only 42 times rarer than the Horse, and the Phoenix is only 30 times rarer than the Unicorn. But the Unicorn is 47,619 times rarer than the Fox. The Kitsune is 33,333 times rarer than the Phoenix.
So Rebirth 3 and Rebirth 5 are the two big walls. Before you go for them, get the best eggs you can find and use every luck boost you have.
Rebirth 2 used to cost $50M. It costs $500M now. The game also has a Rebirth 6 and a Rebirth 7, and they need a Kitsune or a Dragon. Check the rebirth screen in the game for their exact price.

Eggs show up around the map for free. You grab one, carry it home and hatch it. The eggs on the map reset every 8 minutes.
Each egg has a luck number. The bigger it is, the better your shot at a rare pet. So a Volcanic Egg is the dream, and a White Egg is the most common.

There are two huge gaps in the list. The Black Hole Egg has 50 times the luck of the Bloom Egg. The Aurora Egg has 37.5 times the luck of the Tidal Egg. Those are the eggs worth racing across the map for.

Mutations
A mutation makes your pet faster and makes it earn more money. There are two kinds. A hatch mutation can show up when the egg hatches. A weather mutation comes from a storm, if your pet is out on the ranch when it hits.

A pet can have one hatch mutation and one weather mutation at the same time. If a pet gets a stronger weather mutation, it replaces the weaker one. A weaker one can never replace a stronger one.
The Diamond, Rainbow, Void and Eternal mutations are bigger boosts. Their exact numbers do not match from place to place right now, so this page does not list them. Check your pet’s card in the game to see its boost.
Dragon Eggs for Robux
You never need Robux to hatch pets. But the shop sells Dragon Eggs, and they have their own odds. Every Dragon Egg gives one of these five pets.

The best part is the Fox. Each Dragon Egg has a 30% shot at one, and that is the pet Rebirth 2 asks for. With 3 eggs, the chance of at least one Fox is 66%.
The Dragon is a different story. Even 50 eggs only give you a 39.5% chance of at least one. Bigger packs cost less per egg, but they do not change the odds of each egg.
Always ask a parent before you spend Robux.
Tips for getting better pets
- Ride the fastest pet you own. A fast pet reaches far eggs before they reset.
- Go for eggs with a high luck number. They give you a better shot at rare pets.
- Put your pets on the ranch when a storm starts. That is how they get weather mutations.
- Save up the cash for a rebirth before you find the pet, so you can rebirth right away.
- Use a Spider or a Kangaroo when you need to jump up high early on.
- Check the income column before you pick which pets to keep on your ranch.
