Fruit Battlegrounds Tier List
“Which fruit actually wins fights, and it is not always the rare one.”
Last Updated: July 2026
Your fruit is your whole kit in Fruit Battlegrounds, and you get one by spinning with gems. But here is the mistake almost everyone makes: they assume the rarest fruit is the strongest.
It is not. The game has 42 fruits, and it actually publishes two separate lists: one for spin rarity and one for PvP strength. They do not match, and this guide puts them side by side so you know what to actually chase.
New here? Our Fruit Battlegrounds wiki covers the basics, and the Fruit Battlegrounds codes page lists free gems.
The Quick Answer
The best fruit in PvP is Ope V2, with Impact, DoughV2 and Nika right behind it in S+.
But look closely and you will see the real secret: nearly every S+ fruit ends in V2. Those are awakened fruits. The meta is about awakening a good fruit, not just spinning a rare one.
Fruit Battlegrounds PvP Tier List
This is the ranking that matters in a fight, straight from the game’s own PvP list.
| Tier |
Fruits |
Why they rank here |
| S+ |
Ope V2, Impact, LeopardV2, DoughV2, DarkXQuake, DragonV2, Soul, Nika, Okuchi |
The best fruits in PvP. Notice how many end in V2. These are awakened fruits, and awakening is what carries the meta, not just spinning something rare. |
| S |
Venom, Lightning, Ope, IceV2, Phoenix, Dough, Magnet, MagmaV2, Gravity, TSRubber, Light, FlameV2, Quake, LightV2 |
Excellent picks that win most fights. Several of these are the un-awakened versions of the S+ fruits above, so they are your stepping stones. |
| A |
Leopard, Dragon, Paw, Love, Snow, String |
Strong and reliable. Fully viable in ranked play, especially in the right hands. |
| B |
Magma, Barrier, Sand, Gas, Bomb, Ice |
Solid mid-tier. Note Barrier here, because it is a Common fruit sitting above several rarer ones. |
| C to F |
Falcon, Ash, Rubber, Chop, Flame, Smoke, Darkness |
The weakest fruits in PvP. Darkness is the standout surprise, a Rare fruit that lands all the way down at F-tier. |
The rarity you spin and the strength you get are two different things.
Rarity Is Not Strength (And the Game Proves It)
Most games make you guess whether a rare item is actually good. Fruit Battlegrounds does not, because it publishes both lists, so you can see the mismatches for yourself.
Barrier is a Common fruit, from the 61.5 percent pool, and it sits at B-tier in PvP, above several Rare and Epic fruits.
Darkness is a Rare fruit, and it lands all the way down at F-tier, one of the two worst fruits in the game.
So do not spend your gems chasing rarity for its own sake. A B-tier Common you already have can beat a Rare fruit you spent a fortune spinning for.
The Real Spin Odds
Here is what you are actually rolling for, by rarity, so you know how deep the grind runs.
| Rarity |
Spin odds |
What to know |
| Common |
61.5% |
What you roll most of the time. But do not write it off, Barrier is Common and it is B-tier. |
| Uncommon |
24.99% |
A quarter of your spins. Mostly fillers on the way to something better. |
| Rare |
6.05% |
Getting somewhere, but rarity and strength part ways here. Darkness is Rare and F-tier. |
| Epic |
5.29% |
Good fruits like Light, Flame and Paw live here. |
| Legendary |
1.55% |
Where the strong meta fruits start, including Quake, Dragon, Dough and Leopard. |
| Mythical |
0.17% |
The rarest spins, about 1 in 588. This is where the S+ awakened fruits sit. |
Awakening Is the Real Endgame
Look at the S+ tier again: Ope V2, LeopardV2, DoughV2, DragonV2. The V2 is not a different fruit, it is an awakened version of one you can already get, unlocked through NPCs.
That changes your whole plan. Instead of endlessly spinning for a new Mythical, you are often better off taking a strong Legendary like Dough or Leopard and awakening it into its S+ V2 form. Awakening, not spinning, is what builds a top-tier account.
Best Fruit for Every Goal
| Your goal |
Fruit |
Why |
| Best fruit overall |
Ope V2 |
Top of the S+ PvP tier and a full-on meta pick. |
| Best obtainable meta fruit |
Dough |
Strong on its own and it awakens into DoughV2, an S+ fruit. |
| Best budget surprise |
Barrier |
A Common fruit that punches up to B-tier. You may already have it. |
| Best awakening target |
Leopard into LeopardV2 |
The V2 upgrade jumps it from A-tier to S+. |
| Rarest to spin |
Any Mythical |
0.17 percent odds, about 1 in 588 spins. |
| What to avoid in PvP |
Smoke or Darkness |
Bottom of the tier list, and Darkness is a Rare fruit that still fails. |
Tips for Building a Strong Account
- Chase the PvP tier list, not the rarity list. A B-tier Common beats an F-tier Rare.
- Awaken your best Legendary rather than spinning forever. A V2 fruit is usually an S+ pick.
- Do not sleep on Barrier. It is Common and B-tier, which makes it great value early.
- Save gems for a targeted spin, and check the odds table so you know the grind.
- Grab free gems from the Fruit Battlegrounds codes page before a big spin session.
Fruit Battlegrounds rebalances fruits with almost every update, and the current OPE V2 update is the latest to reshape the top of the PvP list. We keep this page current. Grab free gems on the Fruit Battlegrounds codes page.
Fruit Battlegrounds Tier List FAQ
What is the best fruit in Fruit Battlegrounds?
Ope V2, at the top of the S+ PvP tier. Impact, DoughV2 and Nika are right behind it. Most of the top fruits are awakened V2 versions.
Is the rarest fruit the strongest?
No. The game publishes both a rarity list and a PvP list, and they do not match. Barrier is a Common fruit that is B-tier, while Darkness is a Rare fruit that is F-tier.
What are the odds of a Mythical fruit?
0.17 percent, or roughly 1 in 588 spins. Legendary is more reachable at 1.55 percent.
What does the V2 mean?
V2 is an awakened version of a fruit, unlocked through NPCs. Most S+ fruits are V2 forms, so awakening a strong fruit is the real path to the top tier.
What is a good starter fruit?
Barrier is a great early pick since it is Common but B-tier. Once you have gems, aim for a Legendary you can awaken, like Dough or Leopard.
Does Fruit Battlegrounds have codes?
Yes. Check our Fruit Battlegrounds codes page for the current list. Codes usually give free gems for spinning.
