Quick answer. The Nyberg Eskon is the fastest car. It goes 340 km/h and costs 2,200,000 €. The Wolfsburg Marin is free. The cheapest car that hits 200 km/h is the Avantismo A3, at 60,000 €. And 17 of the 34 cars you buy with euros are no faster than a cheaper car.
Every Emergency Hamburg car
The list goes from the cheapest car to the most expensive one. You buy them at the car dealer with euros, the money you earn in the game. Some cars also need a gamepass. The last column tells you which one.

The game has 50 cars in all. Three of them are not in the table: the Stuttgart eKasten, the Chryslus Champion Limousine and a Cuvora car. Their price and speed are not clear yet, so check them at the dealer.
The fastest cars
The Nyberg Eskon is the fastest car in the game, at 340 km/h. It is also the car with the most horsepower. Next come the Strugatti Ettore at 320 km/h and the Mauntley National GT at 305 km/h.
Look at what the top costs. Going from the Wolfsburg Handel (170 km/h) all the way to the Silhouette Carbon (300 km/h) costs 541,000 € more. The last 40 km/h, from the Silhouette Carbon to the Nyberg Eskon, costs 1,650,000 € more. That is about 3 times as much for a much smaller jump.
So the Silhouette Carbon is a great goal if you want to break 300 km/h. Only save for the Nyberg Eskon if you really want the top spot.

The biggest one is the Stuttgart Royal Majestic. It costs 480,000 € and tops out at 270 km/h. The Ferdinand 911 goes just as fast for 290,000 €.
This only looks at top speed. A van, a pickup or a big SUV can still be the right pick if you want seats, space or a certain look. The Tractor is a farm vehicle, so it is slow on purpose.

The Avantismo A3 is a good first upgrade. It reaches 200 km/h for 60,000 €. The Wolfsburg T6 has the same top speed but costs more.
Selling a car
You can sell a car back, but you only get 70% of what you paid. So every time you trade up, you lose 30%.
That adds up fast. Say you climb the list above one car at a time, from the Wolfsburg Handel up to the Strugatti Ettore. Each time, you sell your car to buy the next one. Selling those 15 cars loses you 952,200 €. That is almost what the Strugatti Ettore itself costs.
Selling a Strugatti Ettore gives you 700,000 €. You would still need 1,500,000 € more for the Nyberg Eskon. The smart move is to skip steps. Save up and buy the car you really want.
Cars that need a gamepass
Some cars need a gamepass first. 4 of them are free once you have the pass: the Wolfsburg Discovery, Wolfsburg Classic, BKM 1 Cabriolet and the Quad. The rest still cost euros at the dealer.

At the Tuning Garage you can tune your engine to add horsepower. The first three levels are open to everyone. The last three need the Advanced Tuning pass, which costs 399 Robux.
