Blue Lock: Rivals has two things that decide how strong you are: your Style and your Flow. Most tier lists only cover one, so this guide ranks both.
Better yet, we pulled the game’s real spin odds. Knowing that a Legendary style is 2 percent on a normal spin but 95 percent on a Lucky Spin completely changes how you should spend.

The Quick Answer
The best styles are the World Class ones: Kaiser, Sae, NEL Isagi, NEL Rin and Don Lorenzo. The best flows are Emperor and Soul Harvester. But the real tip is this: never chase them on normal spins. Use Lucky Spins, where your odds are ten times better.

Read that Legendary row again. On a normal spin you have a 2 percent chance at a Legendary style. On a Lucky Spin you have a 95 percent chance.
And World Class goes from 0.25 percent to 2.5 percent, a ten times improvement. If you are going to spend anything at all in this game, spend it on Lucky Spins. Grinding normal spins for a World Class style is a very long road.
Do Not Forget the Pity System
Normal spins cost $2,500 each, and the game has a pity built in. When you hit 50 spins, your next one is guaranteed to be a Legendary, Mythic, or World Class.
So if you are spinning with in-game cash, count your spins. Getting close to 50 means it is worth pushing through rather than stopping.
