Anime Last Stand is one of the most content-packed anime tower defense games on Roblox, running since 2023 with over a billion visits. You summon parody versions of famous anime characters, place them along the path, and hold the line through waves, raids, portals, and boss rushes.
The roster is enormous and the banners keep turning, so it is painfully easy to dump your gems on a unit that looks cool and does nothing. That is where a tier list earns its keep.

Second, the game has many modes, and the best team for Survival is not the best team for raids or Spiral Trials, so a single ladder is always a simplification. How rarities, souls and evolutions work
Units come from banner summons and run up through rarities like Mythic, Godly, Celestial, Exotic, and Ultimate, with LastStandian above them all, and Boku (TUI) is currently the only unit there. The forms you see in the S tier are mostly evolutions, earned by grinding materials from story and events.
On top of that, every unit can equip a Soul, an item like Soul of Super Strength or Soul of Riches that boosts what the unit already does. A well-souled A-tier unit can outperform a bare S-tier one, so gear your main carry first. Units also have elements like Fire, Dark, and Cosmic that matter against certain enemies.
Green rows are realistic early goals. Gold rows are the endgame chase.
