Maple Hospital is a hospital roleplay game on Roblox made by Marizma Games. You pick a job, put on the uniform and work a shift in a hospital that has a basement, three floors and a helipad. A nurse takes your samples, a lab tech runs them, a doctor reads the results, and a surgeon operates if it comes to that. The team built it with help from a real nurse, so the steps follow how a hospital actually works.
It came out in February 2022 and has passed 1.7 billion visits, which makes it one of the biggest roleplay games on all of Roblox. This page covers all 13 jobs and how you get them. It also maps every floor of the building, explains the six emergency codes, and shows how far players really get. Those last numbers come straight from Roblox, so they are real counts and not guesses.

How to Play Maple Hospital
Your first shift can feel busy, so here is the short version. Do these in order and you will be treating people in a few minutes.
- Join the Marizma Games group before you load in. That unlocks the Receptionist job for free.
- Load the game and pick a job from the menu. Nurse is the best one to start with.
- Grab your uniform from the locker room on the first floor.
- Head to reception or the emergency room and find a patient waiting.
- Check their clipboard, take their vitals, and work out what is wrong with them.
- Give the treatment that matches. Send a sample to the lab if you need a test.
- Repeat. Every patient you treat pushes your level up, and levels unlock the better jobs.
Do not skip the daily tasks. They ask for things you were going to do anyway, and they are the easiest free progress in the game.
All 13 Jobs and How To Get Them
Four jobs are open the second you join. One more is free if you join the group. Six of them unlock as your level climbs, and two come with a gamepass. The team moves the unlock levels around a lot, so we list the order instead of numbers that go stale. Check the job menu in game for the exact level you need today.

Most jobs also have specialization titles on top, which are just fancier job names you earn as you keep leveling. The nurse ladder alone runs all the way up to Charge Nurse, so there is a lot of room to grow.
How Far Players Really Get
Here is something you will not find anywhere else. Every badge in the game counts how many players have earned it, and those counts are public. About 207 million players have the badge for joining. So we can work out exactly what share of them ever did each thing. The results are wild.

Made in July 2026 and nobody has it yet |
Look at the top row. Out of roughly 207 million players who loaded the game, only 4.2 million ever treated a single patient. That is about 1 in 49, so around 98 out of every 100 players walked in, had a look, and never treated anybody. Treating 100 patients puts you in the top 1 in 4,281.
The rarest badge you can still work for is the medic one, saving 15 players out in the world. Only 25,264 people have managed it. And the blood drive badge from July 2026 sits at zero, so nobody on Roblox has earned it yet. If you want something almost nobody has, watch for the next blood drive event.
Inside the Hospital: What Is on Every Floor
The building is bigger than it looks from outside, and new players lose a lot of time wandering. Three elevators run the whole height of it, from the basement up to the helipad. Here is what is on each level.
| Floor |
What is up there |
| Basement |
Autopsy room, morgue freezers, the incinerator, blood bank, laundry, and security HQ with two cells |
| 1st Floor |
Reception, the emergency room, radiology with X-ray and MRI, pharmacy, gift shop and patient rooms |
| 2nd Floor |
Surgery rooms, the ICU, long term care, the lab, the pediatric unit, and the cafe |
| 3rd Floor |
Labor and delivery, the neonatal nursery, isolation rooms and the admin offices |
| Helipad |
The roof, where the medic helicopter lands |
Most of your shift happens on the first two floors. The emergency room and radiology are downstairs, and surgery and the ICU are one flight up. The basement is where the spooky stuff lives, with the morgue and the incinerator, and it is also where security keeps its cells.
The Six Emergency Codes
Real hospitals call out color codes when something goes wrong, and this game copies that. A player with the Director role can send one to the whole server from a color panel. Code Blue means a patient’s heart has stopped. Code Red is a fire and Code White is a violent patient. Code Yellow is a missing patient, Code Brown is a chemical spill, and Code Purple covers any other medical emergency.
Code Blue is the one people know, and the game has a badge for it. Save someone from cardiac arrest and it is yours, along with 1.2 million other players. When a code goes out, everyone drops what they are doing and helps, which is what turns a quiet shift into a proper event.
Maple Hospital Gameplay Explained
The loop is simple and it repeats. A patient arrives with something wrong, you find out what it is, and you fix it. What makes this game different is that no single player can do the whole job. A doctor orders a test but cannot run it. The sample goes to the lab through a tube system, and the lab tech sends the result back. Then treatment carries on.
Being the patient is a real job too. You pick a status like a broken bone, the flu or a burn. Then the staff have to work out what is going on. Some statuses change your character, like a cast on your arm or a cough you can set off yourself. Out in the world, medics answer calls in the ambulance and bring people in.
What Is a Roleplay Game?
If the term is new to you, it just means everyone agrees to act out a place together. There is no score to beat and nobody wins. You pick a part, like the nurse or the patient, and you play it as if it were real. The fun comes from the story you all make up.
Maple Hospital gives that a lot of structure. There are real tools, real treatments and a room for each thing. So your part comes with actual jobs to do, not just a costume. That is why it pulls in players who like pretending and players who like systems at the same time.
Gamepasses and What Robux Really Buys
There are 11 gamepasses and 10 are on sale. Here is the honest read. VIP is the big one. It gives 50 percent more XP, and XP is what unlocks jobs, so paying really does speed up the grind. Security and Director are whole roles you cannot get any other way. Others unlock the helicopter, faster vehicles, twins, luxury houses and a music boombox.
There is also an exclusive shop that sells chaos, like starting a fire, cutting the power, or dropping a meteor on the building. Those hit the whole server, which is why the hospital sometimes catches fire for no reason. You can reach every free job without spending anything. It just takes longer, and the badge numbers above show that most players never get that far anyway.
Tips for New Maple Hospital Players
- Join the Marizma Games group first. Receptionist is a free job and it takes ten seconds.
- Start as a nurse. It has the most to do and it levels you up the fastest.
- Learn where the lab and radiology are early, because you will be sent there constantly.
- Read the patient’s clipboard before you touch anything. It tells you what is wrong.
- Do the daily tasks every day. Only 1 in 2,871 players has done them ten times.
- Play the patient sometimes. It is the easiest way to learn what the staff need from you.
- Hop in during an event. Event badges close forever when the event ends.
Maple Hospital FAQ
What do you do in Maple Hospital?
You pick a hospital job and work a shift. Nurses take vitals and samples, doctors work out what is wrong, lab techs run the tests, and surgeons operate. You can also play the patient and let everyone treat you. Treating people levels you up, and levels unlock the better jobs.
How do you become a doctor in Maple Hospital?
You level up first. Nurse, janitor, patient and resident are free right away, and doctor unlocks once your level is high enough. The fastest way there is treating patients as a nurse. The exact level gets changed by the team, so check the job menu in game.
Does Maple Hospital have codes?
No. The game has never had a code box, so there is nothing to type in. When players say codes here they mean the six emergency colors a director calls out. Our codes page explains all six and the free role you can grab instead.
What is the rarest badge in Maple Hospital?
The blood drive badge, and it is not close. It was added in July 2026 and nobody has earned it yet. Of the ones you can still grind, saving 15 players as a medic is the rarest, with only 25,264 people managing it.
How do you get the Receptionist job?
Join the Marizma Games group on Roblox. That is the whole thing. It is the only free unlock in the game that does not need levels, and the game tells you about it on its own page.
Is Maple Hospital pay to win?
There is nothing to win, but Robux does help. VIP gives 50 percent more XP, so you unlock jobs faster, and the security and director roles are gamepass only. Everything else opens up by playing, it just takes longer.
