The Real Maple Hospital Codes: All Six Emergency Colors

Code Blue: A patient’s heart has stopped

Code White: A violent patient
This is the one security handles, with cuffs and a taser.
Code Yellow: A patient has gone missing
Everyone stops and searches the floors for them.
Code Brown: A dangerous chemical spill
Stay back and let the cleanup crew deal with it.
Code Purple: Any other medical emergency
The catch-all one for anything that is not a heart problem.
Code Blue is the famous one, and the game has a badge for it. Save a patient from cardiac arrest and you earn the Code Blue badge, which just over 1.2 million players have. Only a director can send these, though. It comes with the Director Pack, so most players will be answering the codes rather than calling them.
How To Unlock Stuff Without Codes in Maple Hospital
The game does not hand out codes, but there is still free stuff to grab. It comes from joining the group and playing, not from typing anything in. Here is what actually works.
Join the Marizma Games Group for a Free Role
This is the closest thing to a code in the game, and it is free. Join the Marizma Games group on Roblox and you unlock the Receptionist role. Then you can work the front desk, check patients in, and hand out clipboards. It takes about ten seconds and the game itself tells you to do it.
Treat Patients to Level Up
Your level is what unlocks the good jobs, and treating patients is the fastest way to raise it. Take a patient, work out what is wrong, and give them the right treatment. Every job above nurse is locked behind a level, so this is the real grind. It costs nothing but time.
Do the Daily Tasks
The game hands you small jobs to finish each day. They are things you would be doing anyway, like treating people or running lab work. There is even a badge for finishing them ten times. Easiest free progress in the game.
Collect the Badges
Badges are the free collectibles here, and some are much rarer than people think. Treat one patient, finish a surgery, save someone from a heart attack, hit 100 patients. They show on your Roblox profile forever. No Robux needed for any of them.
Watch for Event Days
The team runs events like a blood drive and a Halloween one called Mapleween. Each event brings a badge you can only get while it is running. Those are the rarest things in the game because the window is short. Pop in when an event is on and you can grab one for free.
Join the group first, then start treating patients. That combo gets you a free role right away and moves your level up at the same time.
How To Redeem Codes in Maple Hospital
There is nothing to redeem yet, because the game has no code box anywhere in it. You unlock things by playing. If codes ever do get added, they will most likely work the way they do in other Roblox games. Here is what to expect.
