Last Updated: August 2026 | Four rooms, 29 codes, and a shop with one item priced at 49,999 Robux.
Dinosaur evolution is a Roblox growing game where you eat your way up a food chain. You start as something small, chew through other animals to grow, and spend the coins you pick up on pets that raise your attack. The game’s own pictures set out the promise in three words: small, then great, then epic. It holds 15 players to a server and sits at about 95 percent likes, which is the highest rating we have written up.
It opened in March 2025 and is about to cross 10 million visits. This page covers the four rooms the game runs on and the level ladder the shop is built around. It also has the point on that ladder where the pricing stops making sense.

How to Play Dinosaur evolution
- Eat something smaller than you first. Growing is the whole engine here, and everything else waits on it.
- Pick up coins as you go. Coins buy pets, and pets are what raise your attack so you can eat bigger things.
- Redeem the codes early, not late. They pay growth potions and coin potions, which are worth far more at the start.
- Use a growth potion before a long session rather than the moment you get it.
- Bring a friend into your server. The game page says that is worth a 5 percent growth boost.
- Join the studio’s group for another 10 percent. It costs nothing and it stacks.
- Try the boss server once you have a few pets. There is a whole scoring system attached to it.
- Do not buy your way up the ladder without looking at the price first. Level 80 costs nearly 50,000 Robux.
Dinosaur evolution Gameplay: Four Rooms, Not One
Most Roblox games are a single room. This one is four, and knowing that explains a few things about it.
| Room |
What it is for |
What that tells you |
| The main game |
Eating, growing and evolving |
Where you spend nearly all your time. |
| Player battle server |
Fighting other players |
The game’s own picture still calls the arena coming soon. |
| Boss server |
Boss fights |
There is a pass that doubles your boss score, so bosses are scored. |
| Build room |
The studio’s own workspace |
Not somewhere you play, but it is listed alongside the rest. |
The player battle server is the interesting one. The game’s own artwork still carries a banner promising a player versus player arena is coming soon, and the room for it already exists.
The boss server is the other one worth finding. There is a pass in the shop that doubles your boss score, which tells you bosses are scored rather than just fought.
It also explains why this game looks quieter than it is. Things that belong to it get filed under whichever room they were found in.
The Shop Is One Long Level Ladder
Forty passes are on sale, and 25 of them are the same thing: a gift for reaching a level. There is one every three levels, from level 8 all the way to level 80.
The dates on them tell you a story. The rungs up to level 50 all went on sale in April 2025, and the rungs from 53 to 80 arrived together that June.
So the top of the game moved from level 50 to level 80 in about two months. You can read that off the shop without anyone announcing it.
| Level |
What the gift pass costs |
How the price is moving |
| Level 8 |
170 Robux |
The bottom rung, and the cheapest thing on the ladder. |
| Level 20 |
630 Robux |
Still gentle. The first twelve levels only cost you 460 more. |
| Level 32 |
1,500 Robux |
The curve starts to bite here. |
| Level 38 |
3,050 Robux |
Doubling roughly every two rungs now. |
| Level 44 |
8,980 Robux |
Each step is about 1.6 times the one before. |
| Level 50 |
23,160 Robux |
The top of the first batch, and 136 times the price of level 8. |
| Level 53 |
23,999 Robux |
The second batch opens, and the maths changes completely. |
| Level 65 |
34,999 Robux |
A flat 3,000 Robux a rung from here on. |
| Level 80 |
49,999 Robux |
The top of the ladder, one Robux short of fifty thousand. |
Now look at how the prices move, because the two batches are priced by completely different maths.
The first batch multiplies. From level 35 upward each rung costs about 1.6 times the one below it. That is how a 170 Robux pass becomes a 23,160 Robux one in fifteen steps.
The second batch just adds. Level 53 is 23,999 and every rung after it is 3,000 Robux more, all the way to 49,999 at level 80. Every single one ends in 999.
That change matters. Had the multiplying carried on for another ten rungs, the level 80 pass would have landed somewhere near two and a half million Robux.
Instead it stops one Robux short of fifty thousand. Someone did the sum, saw where it was heading, and switched to adding.

What the Whole Shop Costs
All forty passes together come to 434,363 Robux, which is by far the largest shop we have added up.
The level ladder is 429,110 of that. So 25 items account for about 99 percent of the price list and the other fifteen share what is left.
Those fifteen are the ones most players actually look at. A starter pack is 26 Robux, a daily bonus is 46 and unlocking travel is 38. The luck and pet passes sit between 186 and 586.
None of it is required. The gift passes hand you a bundle at a level you can also reach by playing. The ladder is a shortcut you can pay for, not a gate.
The Free Boosts Nobody Reads
Three boosts are listed on the game page itself and none of them costs a Robux.
Playing with a friend in your server is worth 5 percent extra growth. Joining the studio’s group is worth 10 percent, and it stacks with the first.
A Roblox membership pays 30 percent more coins. That one is not free, but if you already have the membership you are getting it whether you noticed or not.
Then there are the codes, and this game has an unusual number of them. All 29 still work and none has ever expired, which our Dinosaur evolution codes page goes through in full.
Tips for New Dinosaur evolution Players
- The codes never expire here. All 29 still work, so there is no rush and no reason to skip any.
- One code works across five games. The studio prints the same one on all of its game pages.
- Pets matter more than size. Your attack comes from what you have equipped, not from your own level alone.
- A Roblox membership pays 30 percent more coins, which the game page states outright.
- The gift passes are not required. They hand you a bundle at a level you can also just reach by playing.
- The cheap end of the shop is genuinely cheap. Several useful passes sit under 500 Robux.
- Two working scripts exist if you would rather not hatch eggs by hand. Both are free.
Dinosaur evolution FAQ
What do I actually do in this game?
Eat animals smaller than you to grow, collect coins, buy pets that raise your attack, and evolve into bigger dinosaurs.
How do I grow faster?
Growth potions, which the codes hand out for free, plus the 5 percent friend boost and the 10 percent group boost.
What is the most expensive thing in the game?
The level 80 gift pass at 49,999 Robux. It is more than a tenth of the entire shop on its own.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. The gift passes hand you a bundle at a level you can reach by playing, so nothing is locked away behind them.
Are there badges to collect?
No. This game has none at all, so the level ladder is the only progress marker it keeps.
Is there player versus player?
There is a room for it and the game’s own artwork says the arena is coming soon.
About the Studio
Dinosaur evolution comes from a studio called Species evolution, whose group has about 99,000 members.
It runs five games in total. After this one comes Fish Evolution at 5 million visits, then three smaller games, and together they have carried more than 19 million visits.
The five share more than a house style. The same code is printed on all five game pages. Two more codes from this game turn up on the fish game’s page as well.
This is much the biggest of them, and the only one still busy. Its last update landed in August 2026 and the game page promises more map to come.
