How to Play Dandy’s World
- Pick your Toon before the round starts. If you are new, choose one with a simple ability like a short speed boost and learn the basics first.
- Spread out with your team and find the machines on the floor. You need to finish a set number of them to open the exit. It helps if nobody doubles up on the same machine.
- Pass the skill checks while you work a machine. A small marker sweeps across a bar and you press at the right moment. Missing it slows the repair and makes noise that can draw Dandy over.
- Keep track of Dandy and stay quiet when it is close. Walk instead of run, and duck into a locker or a corner. Save your Toon ability for the moment you really need to get away.
- Head for the exit once enough machines are done. Get there before the timer runs out. Try not to let Dandy catch too many teammates on the way.

Dandy’s World Gameplay and Strategy
Skill checks are the mechanic to get right first. Every machine throws them at you, and the window gets tighter on the harder floors. Rushing and missing them over and over costs your team time. Each miss knocks back some of your progress on that machine. Slow down by a hair and aim for the marker, and the repair gets done faster overall.

Talking to your team matters more than it looks. Call out where you last saw Dandy so everyone can change their route. Work near a teammate when you can, so someone can take over a machine if Dandy chases you off it. On the fast floors, agree on who covers which side at the start of the round.
Tips for New Dandy’s World Players
- Learn one Toon well before you jump around the roster. Once you know exactly when its ability helps, the other Toons are much easier to pick up.
- Always move toward a machine nobody is on. Two players on one machine is slower than two machines going at the same time.
- Do not run when Dandy is near. Running is loud and easy to track, so walking or crouching past it is usually the safer call.
- Aim at the skill check marker instead of mashing the button. One clean pass beats three sloppy ones that reset your progress.
- Glance at the map every few seconds. It shows machines, teammates, and sometimes Dandy, so it keeps you out of the wrong room.
