CurioCity is a free Roblox game made by The Franklin Institute, the science museum in Philadelphia. It has two team escape rooms. In one you evacuate a falling space station. In the other you shrink down and work your way out of the human body. A robot named Benji guides you and drops science facts as you go.

The Human Body room is the one people play. Its badge sits at 648,774, more than double the Space room. You shrink to the size of a cell and move through the body solving tasks with your team.
The Space room is a countdown. A station is breaking apart and your crew has to reach the escape pod in time. Its badge is at 262,199.
Both work best with a full group of six. The puzzles are built so different players cover different tasks at the same time.
Benji-Bot and the Morphs
Benji is the robot who follows you around. He answers questions and gives you real science facts tied to whatever room you are in.
You can change how Benji looks with themes based on real scientists and historical figures. It is a cosmetic thing, not a stat.
Morphs are small pets you collect and raise. They add to your overall score in the game. The one game pass, at 800 Robux, gives you an extra slot to keep more of them.
Benji also runs a Scavenger Hunt. It is a timed hunt around the hub for rewards, and you can run it again for more.
The Free Bolt Cap
CurioCity gives out a free hat, the Bolt Cap. It is a black cap with a yellow lightning bolt, a nod to Benjamin Franklin and electricity.
You do not need a code for it. The game unlocked it when it hit a community likes goal, and that goal was met a long time ago.
It is unlocked for everyone now. You claim it inside the game, and it goes to your Roblox avatar to wear anywhere.
Who The Franklin Institute Is
The Franklin Institute is a science museum in Philadelphia. It opened in 1824 and is named after Benjamin Franklin.
In 2022 it put out CurioCity as a way to reach kids who cannot visit in person. A studio called Melonverse built the game for them.

How to Play CurioCity
- Join and spawn in the hub city. Walk around and find Benji to get started.

In the Human Body room you are cell-sized. You move through organs and fix problems, and Benji explains what each part does.
In the Space room the clock is against you. A station is falling apart and you route power, open doors, and reach the pod before time runs out.
Servers hold six, and the rooms are tuned for that. A solo run is possible but slow, since some tasks want two people at once.

- Play with a full group of six. The rooms are built for a team, not a solo run.
- Start with the Human Body room. It is gentler and it is the one most players clear.
- Listen to Benji. His hints point straight at the next task, not just trivia.
