Last Verified: September 2026 | 17 codes exist, the lists that track them do not agree, and only two survive every list.
Codes here pay Coins and Gems. Coins buy weapons, and there are five you have to save up for. Gems buy the skins. The only other way to get Gems is to win a ranked match or pay Robux. That is what makes a code here worth typing.
Seventeen codes have gone out since the game opened. Which of them still work is a mess. One list calls sixteen of them live and keeps no expired section at all. The two lists refreshed on 4 September both cut it down to the same two. Here is the lot, sorted into what everyone agrees on, what is in doubt, and what is done.
Active Dueling Grounds Codes
Two codes are called live by every list that refreshed this month. Start with these two.
| Code |
Reward |
Action |
| Oathbreaker |
500 Coins and 100 Gems |
|
| InnovationAwards |
1,250 Coins and 100 Gems |
|
Codes are case-sensitive here, so copy them exactly as written. A capital letter in the wrong place is the most common reason a live code comes back as a failure.
InnovationAwards is the bigger of the two at 1,250 Coins. That is close to a set of Daggers on its own.
Three Dueling Grounds Codes Nobody Agrees On
These three sit in the middle. Some lists still show them as live. Others have retired them. One list will not call it either way and files them under a third heading of its own.
| Code |
Reward |
Action |
| DelayingGrounds2 |
500 Coins and 100 Gems |
|
| SeasonOneBegins |
1,000 Coins and 125 Gems |
|
| FirstSpecialCode |
650 Coins and 75 Gems |
|
Try them after the top two. A dead code costs you nothing but the typing, and the box tells you straight away.
Why the lists split the way they do
Sort all 17 by the day they went out and the split is clean. Everything from the last two updates is still called live somewhere. Everything older than that is not. No list has retired a code that another list added later.
Expired Dueling Grounds Codes
Twelve codes are done, and every list agrees on those. Read them anyway. The payouts show you what a code in this game is normally worth.
| Code name |
Paid out |
| MidSeasonUpdate |
1,250 Coins and 150 Gems |
| WarhammerGrounds |
500 Coins and 200 Gems |
| CreatorShowdown |
500 Coins and 100 Gems |
| PeakGrounds |
500 Coins and 80 Gems |
| DelayingGrounds |
500 Coins and 100 Gems |
| WarhammerBuff2026 |
500 Coins and 75 Gems |
| FlamingKatana |
600 Coins and 100 Gems |
| ChristmasUpdate2026 |
650 Coins and 80 Gems |
| HappyNewYear |
850 Coins and 100 Gems |
| OneMillionFavorites |
450 Coins and 60 Gems |
| GauntletsUpdate |
750 Coins and 75 Gems |
| WingTheGoat |
650 Coins and 40 Gems |
The middle of the pack is 600 Coins and 100 Gems. The biggest single payout was 1,250 Coins. The most Gems any one code ever gave was 200.
Every Dueling Grounds Code Ever Adds Up to the Whole Weapon Rack
Add all 17 together and you get 11,600 Coins and 1,660 Gems. Now put that next to the shop.
| Weapon |
Coin price |
| Katana |
Free |
| Daggers |
1,400 Coins |
| Naginata |
1,650 Coins |
| Gauntlets |
1,750 Coins |
| Kusarigama |
2,500 Coins |
| Warhammer |
2,500 Coins |
The Katana is free and the other five come to 9,800 Coins. So the codes on their own would have paid for every weapon in the game, with 1,800 Coins left over.
Nobody actually got that. Codes turn over too fast to catch all 17. It is still the clearest way to size one up. Each code is worth roughly a fifteenth of the shop.

How to Redeem Dueling Grounds Codes
1Open Dueling Grounds and wait until you have spawned in.
2Find the Star button on the left side of the screen and click it.
3The Rewards menu opens with a box marked Type Here.
4Type a code into that box, exactly as it is written above.
5Press the green Redeem button to its right.
6A code that works pays out straight away. If nothing happens, move to the next one.
If a code that should be live keeps failing, leave the game and rejoin. That puts you on a different server. A fresh server can be running a newer build.
When Do New Dueling Grounds Codes Drop?
Read the names and the answer is sitting there. These codes are tied to updates, and the update is usually a weapon.
GauntletsUpdate arrived with the Gauntlets. WarhammerGrounds and WarhammerBuff2026 both name the Warhammer. FlamingKatana names the free starter weapon. Oathbreaker is the newest, and it names something the shop does not list yet.
The rest are seasons and apologies. SeasonOneBegins and MidSeasonUpdate track the battle pass. DelayingGrounds and DelayingGrounds2 are the studio joking about its own delays. Both paid 500 Coins.
So a new weapon or a new season is the moment to look. That is what the past 17 show. It is also the only thing the names will support.
One Code Name Is Now Badly Out of Date
OneMillionFavorites was written when the game passed a million favorites. It sits on 6,248,194 now.
That is more than six times the number in the name. No code marked the second million, or the third, or any since. The counter got away from the naming.
That number says something on its own. The game has 6.2 million favorites against 1.88 million votes. That is about 3.3 favorites for every vote, where 2 to 1 is the usual figure. People save this one and come back to it.
About Dueling Grounds
Dueling Grounds is a sword-fighting game. Step over the line out of the safe zone and everyone else on the server can hit you. You get a light attack, a heavy attack, a parry, a block and a dodge, plus an ultimate that fills as you fight.
It opened in October 2025 and has passed 318 million visits. Servers hold 14 players. The page carries 1,810,434 likes against 67,438 dislikes.
The shop is one gamepass and nothing else. Everything else you can own comes out of Coins or Gems. That is why a code goes further here than in most games.
We check this list again each month. We do not redeem codes for you, so one that was live when we checked can stop working at any time. Codes are case-sensitive, so type them exactly as shown.
