Your class in RUNAWAYS decides what you carry when the run starts. It also changes how fast you run, how hard you hit and how much health you have. Pick the wrong one and every police chase gets harder.
This page lists every class, what it costs in Credz and Robux, and what it does. It also shows which class is the best buy. Prices were checked on October 12, 2026.
Quick answer. Bounty Hunter is the best class you can buy with Credz. It costs 160,000 Credz and gives +20% running speed and +10% melee with no downside. It is as good or better than 6 other classes on every stat. On a small budget, Scout at 18,000 Credz is the cheapest speed boost.
Every RUNAWAYS class
There are 16 classes in all. Basic is free and every player starts with it. You buy the rest from the Classes menu in the lobby. Once you buy a class, you keep it and can swap to it before any run.
Most classes cost Credz, the money you earn by playing. Every paid class can also be bought with Robux. Smuggler and Ex-Military are Robux only.

A plus means better and a minus means worse. So +20% running speed makes you run faster, and -20% health means you can take fewer hits.
The four newest classes
Four classes came out in September and October 2026. They are in the shop, but their Credz prices and bonuses are not clear yet. Here is what is known for sure.

Which class is the best?
Look at the three stats side by side and one class stands out. Bounty Hunter gets +20% running speed and +10% melee. It has no minus at all.

That means Bounty Hunter is as good or better than 6 classes on every stat: Basic, Brawler, Scout, Old CEO, Gang Member and Smuggler. If you are saving up for one of those, save a bit longer for Bounty Hunter instead.
Smuggler is the surprise on that list. It runs just as fast as Bounty Hunter, at +20%. But it hits 10% weaker, and it costs Robux. No class runs faster than these two.
Only 3 paid classes have no minus at all: Bounty Hunter, Breacher and Ex-Military. And only one class has nothing but minuses. That is Old CEO, which starts you with four pieces of jewelry you can sell.
The best pick still depends on how you play:
- Fast escapes: Bounty Hunter. Scout (18,000 Credz) is the cheap way to start.
- Big hits: Breacher, with +40% melee, the most of any class. It also starts with C4 and a shotgun.
- Staying alive: Juggernaut doubles your health (+100%), but you run 20% slower.
- Helping your team: Medic, with +20% health and three healing items.
Class prices were cut in August
If another list says Bounty Hunter costs 300,000 Credz, it is out of date. Class prices dropped in late August 2026, and most classes now cost about half as much.

Smuggler changed too. It used to cost 45,000 Credz. Now you can only buy it with Robux.
Buying a class with Robux
You do not need Robux for any class except Smuggler and Ex-Military. But if you do spend Robux, there are two ways. You can buy the class straight, or buy Credz packs and then buy the class with Credz.
Buying the class straight costs less for 8 of the 9 Credz classes. The gap grows with the price. Juggernaut costs 1,119 Robux on its own. Getting 450,000 Credz in packs costs 1,549 Robux, so the class saves you 430.
Brawler is the one where packs win. One 10,000 Credz pack costs 49 Robux, and that is exactly enough. Buying Brawler straight costs 75 Robux.

The pack column assumes you start with no Credz. If you already have some saved up, you need fewer packs.
Bundles are another way in. The Bounty Hunter bundle with the class costs 999 Robux, or 599 if you already own the class. So the class part is worth 400 Robux, less than the 479 it costs alone. The Mafia Don bundle works the same way: 1,399 or 649, against 999 for the class alone. A bundle only makes sense if you want the extras that come with it.
Always ask a parent before you spend Robux.
Tips for picking a class
- Speed matters most in a chase. Running away beats fighting the police.
- Skip Brawler, Gang Member and Old CEO if you can wait. Bounty Hunter is better on every stat.
- Your kit fills your bag slots. A class with a backpack gives you more room for loot.
- Ex-Military costs 1,399 Robux. It gets +30% melee and +15% running speed.
- If the shop shows a different price than this page, trust the shop. The game is in beta and changes a lot.
