Everything in RUNAWAYS costs money. Fuel costs money. Fixing the car after a chase costs money. The gear that keeps the police off you costs more than both. So free Credz are worth grabbing before you start the drive south, not halfway through it.
There are two codes and both of them work. That is a small list, but a clean one. Two separate places checked them three days apart. They agreed on both codes and both rewards, and neither one lists a single dead code. That almost never happens.

Codes here are case-sensitive, so use the Copy button rather than typing them out. Both of these come from outside lists rather than from the game makers, but the two lists agree with each other and one of the codes checks out against the game itself.
Why SUPERCAT Is the One We Trust Most
Read the code out loud and it names the people who made the game. The studio is called supercat games. Open its group page and the whole description is that one word, written out five times over.
So it is a code named after its own studio, listed by two places that checked separately. That is about as solid as a code gets without the developers posting it.
The other one is simply the word run, which is what the game is. Short words like that tend to be launch codes, handed out early and left switched on.
What Credz Are and What 1,000 Buys
Credz is the money in this game. It is not Robux, and you cannot buy it with real money. That is exactly why a code handing you a thousand of it is worth typing.

Fuel is the part people miss. The cars really do run dry. An empty tank in the middle of Oklahoma ends your run just as surely as the police do.
How to Redeem RUNAWAYS Codes
1Open RUNAWAYS and wait for it to load all the way in.
2Find the Shop button and open it.
3Scroll all the way to the bottom of the shop. The code box sits underneath everything else.
4Paste one code in. Use the Copy button in the table so you get it exactly right.
5Press use. Your Credz or your pistol should turn up straight away.
That path comes from outside lists rather than from the game makers, so the buttons may have moved by the time you read this. If the shop looks different, hunt for anything marked codes or a text box you can type into.
When Do New RUNAWAYS Codes Come Out
Nobody has published a schedule and we are not going to invent one. What we can tell you is when the game last changed, because three separate things all moved in the same week at the end of August.
A new badge for hunting bounties appeared on the twenty-sixth. A new car went into the shop on the twenty-seventh. The game itself was updated on the twenty-ninth. That is a content drop, and drops are when codes tend to turn up.
Both codes on this page were still being listed as working after that week. So the sensible move is to look again whenever you spot something new in the shop.
What to Do Once Both Codes Are Spent
Getting past the first state line is the hard part
Fewer than half the players who reach Kansas ever cross into Oklahoma. But of those who do, 56 in every 100 reach Texas. The first line is the wall. Do not give up right after it.
Only 6 in 100 ever leave the country
Of everyone who reaches that first checkpoint, about 6 in every 100 make it all the way to Mexico. It is a long drive and most people stop somewhere in the middle.
The shop is smaller than it looks
The game lists 26 items but only five are real. The other 21 are empty slots priced at nothing. There is far less to save up for than that number suggests.
Holding 50,000 is rarer than escaping
Only 6,180 players have ever held fifty thousand at one moment, against 304,156 who reached Mexico. Spending as you go is what nearly everybody does.
