Digital Piano is a room full of pianos where people perform for each other. You play by hand or let the free autoplayer take over, and other players listen, tip you and leave comments on your profile. It has been running since February 2022 and still fills servers every day.

How to Play Digital Piano
Nothing here scores you and nothing is a race. You sit down, make music, and other people either listen or get on with their own.
- Sit down at a piano. There are plenty about and you never have to wait for one.
- Play with your keyboard. The letter and number keys are the notes, the same as most piano games.
- Use the autoplayer when you want a song played for you. It is free and it is the reason most people are here.
- Expect the tag. While it plays, the game marks you so the room can see it is not your hands.
- Earn notes as you play. They are the currency and they buy items and titles inside the game.
- Tip other players by clicking them. The game is built around people performing for each other.
- Leave comments on other profiles. Reputation is a real thing here and it is built from what other players say.
One thing is worth knowing early. Playing a song from a music file rather than a written sheet is the one part of this that is not free, and it is a separate item in the shop.

Look at the fifth row. A badge called Meet Cotton has exactly one holder.
Not one thousand. One. Against a game that over 17 million people have walked into, that is roughly one in 17 million, and it is the rarest thing we have found in any game.
The bottom three rows are the other surprise, because they are all switched off and you cannot see them in the game any more.
Read them together and they tell a story about staff rather than about playing. One badge is named after a person described as a former administrator, so somebody left and their badge was retired with them.
Another developer got two badges. The first was made in August 2024 and picked up 6,925 holders. A replacement arrived two months later and only reached 438 before that one was turned off too.
This Game Did It First
We covered the other big piano game on Roblox a while back, and two things about it stood out. This game got to both of them earlier.
The first is advertising free autoplay in the game’s own name. This one had the words free auto stuck on its title from April 2022.
The other game did the same thing, but not until March 2024, nearly two years later.
The second is selling you a way to hide the autoplay tag. This game put that pass on sale in November 2023 at 399 Robux.
The other one followed thirteen months later and charges 499. So the idea started here, and here it is a hundred Robux cheaper.

Eleven items on sale, 2,641 Robux for all of them. None of them make you play better and none of them are needed.
The one at 399 that hides the autoplay tag is the interesting one, because it means the game is openly marking anybody who uses the free feature.
There is also one that has been taken off sale entirely, a donation sign from early 2023. It is still there, just not buyable.
Five Rooms, and One Is a Museum Piece
Five separate rooms sit under this game. The main one is where everybody plays, and the rest are side pieces.
There is a sunset piano, a room built around donations, and a room for moving player data about.
The fourth is the good one. It is named for the version of the game that existed before a big summer update, and it has simply been left standing.
The studio does that a lot. There are two more separate games under its name as well, one marked temporary and one marked legacy, both still open.
Tips for New Digital Piano Players
- Learn the autoplayer first. It is free, it is the thing people pay for elsewhere, and the game advertises it on its own picture.
- Expect the tag when you use it. Nobody here minds much, and the room seeing it is the whole point.
- Do not buy the tag remover early. At 399 Robux it is one of the dearest items and it changes nothing about the music.
- Play for other people. Tips, comments and reputation are the real scoreboard, and all three cost nothing.
- Go looking for staff. Five of the eight badges are for meeting a particular person, and two of those are still gettable.
- Skip the shop at first. Nothing in it helps you play, and the free autoplayer covers the big one.

Can the game play a song for me?
Yes, free. The autoplayer is built in, and the game puts the words free autoplayer straight onto the picture it advertises with.
Will other people know I used it?
Yes. The game tags you while it plays, and the only way to hide that is a 399 Robux pass named after the tag itself.
What is the rarest badge?
A badge called Meet Cotton, held by exactly one player. Against more than 17 million arrivals that is about one in 17 million.
Why are three badges switched off?
All three are for meeting particular staff. One is named for a former administrator, and another developer had their badge replaced and then retired as well.
Are there any codes?

Can I play music from a file?
Yes, but that part is not free. It is a separate 199 Robux item, unlike the ordinary autoplayer.
Is the game still being updated?
Yes. The last update landed in July 2026, four and a half years after it opened, and a few hundred people are usually playing.
