Last Checked: July 13, 2026 | All 49 music IDs below were tested and still work.
Here is the honest answer first: Free Boombox/Radio does not have codes. There is no code box in the game and no reward you can unlock by typing something in, so any page promising you a pile of free Free Boombox/Radio codes is making them up. What players are really looking for when they search this is music IDs, and those are very real.
A music ID is the number that tells the boombox which song to play. You paste it in, hit play, and the whole server hears it. The catch is that most ID lists floating around are years out of date and half the numbers do nothing. Every ID on this page was checked against the Roblox audio library on July 13, 2026, so all 49 of them still play.
Active Free Boombox/Radio Codes (July 2026)
There are no active codes, and there never have been. This game has no code box, so there is nothing to redeem even if someone hands you a code. We would rather tell you that than invent a table of fake ones. The music IDs below are the real thing people come here for, and they all work.
Free Boombox/Radio Music IDs (July 2026)
Pick a song, hit Copy, and paste the number straight into the boombox. The length is there so you know what you are signing everyone else up for before you play a five minute track.

One thing to know: Roblox only lets games play audio from its own library, which is licensed music. So a few of these are the real artists uploading their own songs, and others are library versions of a song you know rather than the exact radio recording. They all play, but do not be surprised if a cover sounds a little different from the original.
How to Redeem Codes and Use a Music ID in Free Boombox/Radio
There is no code box to redeem anything in, so if you have been hunting the menus for one, you can stop. Pasting a music ID into the boombox is the version of redeeming a code that this game actually has, and it takes about ten seconds.
1Join Free Boombox/Radio and wait for the map to load in.
2Grab the boombox. It gets handed to you when you spawn, so just tap it in your toolbar at the bottom of the screen to equip it.
3Click or tap the boombox to open the box that asks for an ID.
4Copy an ID from the tables above and paste it into that box.
5Hit play. The song starts, and everyone standing near you hears it too.
6To change songs, just paste a new ID in and play again. There is no limit on how many times you can swap.
Paste the number only. If you copy any extra spaces or letters along with it, the boombox will not find the song.
Why Do Music IDs Stop Working?
This is the thing nobody explains, and it is why so many ID lists are useless. Back in 2022 Roblox changed how audio works. Before that, anyone could upload any song and any game could play it, which is where all those old lists of thousands of IDs came from. After the change, uploaded audio became private by default, and only audio in the official Roblox library can play inside a game.
So all those old IDs did not get deleted, they just went silent. That is also why an ID a friend swears by might do nothing for you: it may have been pulled from the library or turned private since they last used it. The list above only contains IDs that are in the library right now, which is why they work.
Free Stuff You Can Actually Get
Since there are no codes, here is what the game does give away for free. Typing these into the chat changes your avatar on the spot, and they are the closest thing to a code this game has.
| Command |
What It Does |
| /Korblox |
Gives you the Korblox leg for free |
| /Headless |
Makes your avatar headless |
| /Char |
Changes your character |
| /Rejoin or /rj |
Puts you into a fresh server |
| /re |
Resets you |
There is also a free badge for joining the game’s Roblox group, and a hidden badge called ??? that only about eight thousand players have ever found. The Free Boombox/Radio Wiki covers where to look.
Will Free Boombox/Radio Get Codes?
Maybe one day, but nothing suggests it is coming. Codes normally exist to hand out currency or items, and this game has neither. There is nothing to buy, nothing to grind and no shop, so a code would have nothing to give you. The boombox is already free.
The developer does still update the game, so if a code box ever turns up we will have it on this page the same week. Until then, treat any site listing codes for this game as made up, and use the music IDs instead.
About Free Boombox/Radio
Free Boombox/Radio is a Roblox hangout with no levels, no bosses and nothing to win. You spawn in, you are handed a boombox for free, and you play whatever song you want out loud for the whole server. With up to fifty people in a map at once, it turns into a sort of open air radio station where everyone is fighting to be the one that gets heard.
That is also why music IDs matter so much here. The boombox is useless without one, and the difference between a good session and a boring one is whether you turned up with songs ready. The game has been running since December 2020 and still gets updates, which is rare for a game this simple, and it sits at a 91 percent positive rating.
Are there any Free Boombox/Radio codes at all?
No. The game has no code redemption box, and no working code has ever existed for it. Pages that list codes for this game are guessing. What you want is a music ID, and there are 49 working ones above.
Will the game ever add codes?
It might, since the developer updates the game regularly. If a code box shows up, this page gets updated the same week. For now the music IDs and the chat commands are the only free things on offer.
My music ID is not playing. What went wrong?
Nine times out of ten you copied a space or a letter along with the number, so paste the digits only. If it is still silent, the ID is probably an old one that went private after the 2022 audio change, which is explained higher up this page. Try one from our list instead.
Can I play any song I want?
Only songs that live in the Roblox audio library. You cannot paste in a YouTube link or an ID for a song someone uploaded privately. That is a Roblox rule, not a rule this game made up.
Why can other people hear my music?
That is the whole idea. The boombox plays out loud for everyone standing nearby, which is why picking a good song matters. If several people are playing music at once it gets noisy, so it is worth walking somewhere quieter.
Do I need Robux for the boombox?
No. The boombox is free and you get it as soon as you spawn in, which is why the game is called Free Boombox/Radio.
