Sword Fighters Simulator Tier List
“What does each sword rarity actually mean, and which swords are worth grinding for?”
Last Updated: July 2026
Sword Fighters Simulator is a classic Roblox grind sim: swing a sword, fight enemies, unlock a better sword, and repeat across more than 30 zones.
Unlike PvP-focused Roblox games, there is no official or widely agreed “best sword” ranking here. We checked the community tier list sites and found only empty templates with no submitted rankings, because every sword is gated by which zone you have reached, not by head-to-head balance.
So instead of inventing a ranking that does not really exist, this guide breaks down exactly what each rarity band means and points out the five real end-game swords worth actually working toward.

The Quick Answer
There is no official sword tier list for this game, since power is gated by zone progress and rarity, not PvP balance. The rarity ladder always runs Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, then Secret in every zone, with a zone’s Secret sword being the real chase item. For a genuine end-game goal beyond just grinding zones, the 5 Crafted Secret swords (Cyan Spear, Moon Cutlass, Hell’s Molten Hammer, Seaweed Slicer, Blazing Slicer) are forged rather than dropped, and stay valuable no matter how far zone progress goes.
How Sword Rarity Actually Works
Before the rarity breakdown, here is the loop every sword in the game fits into.
1
Fight enemies in your current zone. Every kill has a chance to drop a new sword. Weaker enemies drop Common and Rare swords more often, while tougher late-zone enemies open up Epic, Legendary, and Mythic pulls.
2
Chase the zone’s Secret sword. Every zone ends with one Secret-rarity sword, the rarest natural drop in that zone. Some Secret swords are limited to the Darkness or Blood Moon events, so they are not always available.
3
Move to the next zone once you are strong enough. A new zone always opens with its own fresh Common swords, so your zone’s most powerful sword becomes a starting point again, not an ending point.
The Rarity Ladder
This ladder repeats in every one of the game’s 30-plus zones. A zone’s Common sword is always weaker than that same zone’s Secret sword, but a later zone’s Common sword can still beat an earlier zone’s Secret sword.
| Rarity |
What it means |
Real examples |
| Common |
The first 2-3 swords in every zone. Cheap, weak, and meant to be replaced fast. |
Old Sword, Lava Dagger, Dragon Fang |
| Rare |
About double the power of a zone’s Common swords, still an early grind step. |
Stone Sword, Fire Slayer, Bloodsworn Blade |
| Epic |
Where a zone’s real power jump happens. Noticeably harder to pull than Rare. |
Double-Edged Sword, Bat Slayer, Golden Death |
| Legendary |
A big step up from Epic, and a much rarer pull inside that zone. |
Ardite, Eternal Ember, Starfall Axe |
| Mythic |
The last drop tier before a zone’s Secret sword. Very low pull chance. |
Glitch, Obsidian Annihilator, Sunfire Saber |
| Secret |
Each zone’s chase item. Some are locked to the Darkness or Blood Moon events. |
Venom Eye, The Reaper, Icebound Warblade |
Why there is no official sword tier list
We checked the community tier list sites that track this game, and the templates for ranking swords exist but have no real submitted community rankings behind them yet.
That actually makes sense once you know how the game works. Every sword’s strength comes from its zone and rarity band, not from a PvP balance pass, so there is nothing to argue about the way there is in a fighting or PvP game. The real question is not “which sword is strongest,” it is “which zone am I geared for.”
5 Real Swords Worth Chasing
Since zone progress resets what counts as “best” every time you advance, these five Crafted Secret swords are a more honest long-term goal. All five are forged through the game’s crafting system rather than random drops, so they stay a real achievement no matter how far zone progress goes.

Tips for Gearing Up
- Do not skip a zone’s Rare and Epic swords chasing the Secret drop. The power gap between them is usually small compared to the zone jump ahead.
- Pets boost your stats passively, so pair sword upgrades with pet upgrades instead of ignoring one for the other.
- Keep an eye out for the Darkness and Blood Moon events. Several Secret swords are only obtainable while an event is live.
- If a sword’s drop rate feels impossibly low, it probably is. Lower rarities are meant to carry you through most of a zone.
- Check the Sword Fighters Simulator codes page before a big grinding session for free boosts.
Sword Fighters Simulator Tier List FAQ
What is the best sword in Sword Fighters Simulator?
There is no single best sword, since power is tied to zone progress. Within your current zone, the Secret-rarity sword is always the strongest, but the real long-term goal is one of the 5 Crafted Secret swords, which stay valuable no matter how far you have progressed.
Is there an official tier list for this game?
No. We checked the community tier list sites and found only empty, unfilled templates. This game ranks swords by zone and rarity rather than PvP balance, so a traditional S-tier-to-D-tier list does not really apply.
What does Secret rarity mean?
Secret is the rarest natural drop in each zone, sitting above Mythic. Some Secret swords are further locked to the Darkness or Blood Moon events, so they are only obtainable while those events are running.
How do you get the Crafted Secret swords?
The 5 Crafted Secret swords (Cyan Spear, Moon Cutlass, Hell’s Molten Hammer, Seaweed Slicer, and Blazing Slicer) are forged rather than dropped from fights, each tied to a specific zone.
Is Sword Fighters Simulator still updated in 2026?
Yes, though it is a much smaller game now than at its peak. The developers pushed an update in May 2026, so it is still maintained, just with a far smaller live player count than newer simulators.
Does Sword Fighters Simulator have codes?
Check our Sword Fighters Simulator codes page for the current list. Codes usually hand out coin or luck boosts, which speed up the early rarity grind the most.
