Last Tested: September 2026 | Only three menus exist for this game and only one of them works. Here it is, and here is what is wrong with the other two.
Build Your Backrooms turns the usual haunted maze on its head. You are not the one running away. You build the maze, you put monsters in it, and other players walk in and get caught, which is how you get paid.
The building is the grind. You buy rooms one at a time, place them by hand, and the money comes in slowly while your monsters do the catching, even while you are logged off.
That is what a menu here is for. There is exactly one worth having, and the reason there is only one is the interesting part.

This is not built for this game alone. It carries a list of 142 games and this one is a line in that list, which is the honest way to describe it. It has no code box.
The Other Two, and Why Neither Works
Three menus exist for this game in total. That is a very small number for a game this size. Both of the other two have been opened more than the one above, and neither will do anything for you.
| How popular |
What is wrong with it |
| 1,650 opens |
The busiest one. It hands you on twice, and the second place is a site we do not publish from |
| 1,139 opens |
Advertised as needing no key. The file is one word long and cannot run |
The second one is worth explaining, because it is a kind of broken we have not seen before. The whole file is 365 bytes and the last thing in it is the bare word that starts a script. No bracket after it, no address, nothing.
It is not a download problem
We asked for that file three times and got the same 365 bytes back every time, down to the last character. Somebody pasted the first word of their script and published it. Over a thousand people have opened it since.
Its own description promises flying, auto farming, endless money, auto rebirth and auto buying. None of that can happen. The file stops before it says where any of it would come from.
The busiest of the three has a different problem. It passes you along to a second site, and that one passes you to a third, and the last two are both places we will not print an address from.
Why a 51 Million Visit Game Has Three Menus
This game has been visited over 51 million times. That sounds like it should have menus everywhere. It does not, and the reason is worth understanding if you are wondering why the pickings are thin.
Menu writers follow how many people are playing right now, not how many have ever played. This game is 84 days old and most of those 51 million visits are behind it. About 2,300 people are in it as this is written.
For comparison, we looked at another game yesterday with fewer lifetime visits and more than twenty times as many people in it right now. That one had 33 menus. This one has three.
What that means for you
It is not that this game is protected or hard to write for. It is that the people who write these have moved on to whatever is busy this week. If the game picks up again, expect the list to grow.

How to Use a Build Your Backrooms Script
2
Open the game and wait until you are standing on your own plot.
3
Copy the loadstring above. Take all of it, right to the last bracket.
4
Paste it into the executor and press Execute.
5
Find this game in the menu’s list first. If it is not there, nothing else in the menu will help you.
Who Actually Pays for an Auto Builder Here
Worth a moment, because this game is not the usual case. In most building games you are filling up your own patch and nobody else is affected.
Here the game’s own page says it plainly. People will enter your maze. You put monsters in it to catch them. You can walk into somebody else’s maze too, and that is half of what there is to do.
So the money a maze earns comes out of other people wandering into it. A menu that builds and places for you is not farming an empty field. It is farming the players who came to look round.
None of that is against any rule the studio has written down. It is just worth knowing what the thing you are speeding up is actually pointed at.
Things You Don’t Have to Pay For
The shop here is large, with five permanent unlocks and 65 separate things to buy. Plenty is still free though.
| What it is |
Why it costs nothing |
| Playing at all |
The game is free, and a server holds 6 people |
| Entering other people’s mazes |
Free, and it is half the game |
| Building your own maze |
Free. The shop sells extra rooms, not the right to build |
| The studio’s group |
Free to join. It is not a Roblox-verified group |
The two dearest unlocks are both extra monster slots, and the Build Your Backrooms wiki goes into why that tells you where the real bottleneck is.
About Build Your Backrooms
Build Your Backrooms is a maze building game made by Wind Sun Moon, a group of about 857,000 members that is not a Roblox-verified group. The account that owns the group does not carry a verified badge either. Its own description calls it a mysterious studio making unusual games.
It opened on 22 June 2026 and has passed 51.1 million visits, which is roughly 609,000 a day. A server holds 6 people, and with about 2,300 playing that is at least 387 servers open at once.
Players have voted it up 496,741 times and down 9,891, so 98 in every 100 votes are positive out of more than half a million cast. That is an unusually large pile of votes for a game three months old.
The address on this page was checked in September 2026 and returned a file. We do not run these on a live account. It is not made or backed by the game’s studio. Using one breaks the Roblox Terms of Service and can cost you the account, so if you try one, use a spare alt account rather than your main.
