Strongman Simulator is one of those simple but weirdly satisfying Roblox games where you lift weights, get massive, and destroy everything in your path. You start off as a skinny little dude and grind your way to becoming an absolute unit. It sounds basic, and honestly it kind of is, but there’s something really fun about watching your strength number go up.
What You Actually Do in the Game
The core loop is simple. You walk up to weights, press the lift button, and your strength stat climbs. The heavier the weight, the faster you grow. Once you’re strong enough, you unlock new areas with bigger equipment and even bigger gains.
There’s also a punching mechanic where you can smash objects around the map to earn coins. Coins let you buy pets, boosts, and upgrades that speed up your grind. Pets are a big deal here, some of them give serious multipliers that make your strength shoot up way faster than grinding alone.
The reborn system is where the real progression happens. Once you hit a certain strength milestone, you can rebirth and start over with a permanent multiplier bonus. It resets your strength but makes every future run faster. It’s the same loop a lot of simulator games use, and it works.
The Good Stuff and the Not So Good Stuff
The game is genuinely chill to play. There’s no pressure, no dying, no complex mechanics to figure out. You just vibe, lift, and get stronger. It’s the kind of game you put on while watching YouTube or talking to friends.
That said, the grind gets pretty brutal without good pets or a gamepass. Free players will spend a long time farming the same weights before they can afford anything meaningful. The pay-to-win gap is real, and some of the best pets are locked behind Robux. It’s not unplayable, but it does get repetitive fast if you’re going in without spending.
The game isn’t pulling massive player counts anymore, it peaked a while back. You’ll still find people on the servers, but it’s not exactly popping off right now. The developers haven’t pushed a major update in a bit, so the content does feel a little stale. If you’re jumping in for the first time it’s still fun, just don’t expect a huge active community around it.
If the grind is getting old, our Strongman Simulator Scripts cover things like auto-lift and auto-farm so your strength keeps climbing even when you’re not actively playing. We also keep an updated Strongman Simulator Codes list with any working codes for free coins, boosts, and pets to give you a head start.
