Skate Off is figure skating turned into a competition. In one mode you perform a routine on the ice and everybody else votes on who was best, and in the other you race through hoops until somebody reaches twenty. It opened in December 2025 and more than 22 million people have skated in it since.
This page has both modes, the second rink most players never open, and the whole shop. That last part is where the interesting thing lives, because one of the passes changes how the voting works.

How to Play Skate Off
- Try Hoops first. It is a straight race and nobody else decides whether you did well.
- Watch a couple of Classic rounds before you enter one. You learn what the room votes for.
- Keep your routine clean rather than complicated. A finished run beats an ambitious fall.
- Redeem the codes early. They give both currencies at once.
- Spend Coins before Stars. Stars are the rarer of the two.
- Look for the pro rink once you know the basics. It is a separate place.
- Vote honestly in Classic. Everybody is relying on everybody else to do that.

Classic is the headline mode and the reason the game has a following. You skate, everybody watches, and then everybody picks a winner.
Hoops is the opposite and it is the fairer of the two. Twenty hoops, first past the post, no opinions involved.
Two things to know before you start. Servers hold 14 players and private servers are switched off, so there is no quiet rink to practise on.

Eleven passes on sale and 3,846 Robux for the lot. A twelfth, a limited edition set of blades, was retired ten days after the game opened.
The one to read twice is x2 Vote at 79 Robux. Classic mode is decided by players voting, and that pass doubles the weight of yours.
We are not calling that unfair and the game makes no claim either way. It is simply worth knowing that the judging is one of the things on sale.
The two most expensive passes are a competition director role at 1,178 and an admin panel at 999, which is a lot of Robux for a game that is still labelled a beta.
One Badge, And What It Tells You
This game has a single badge and it is for turning up. There is nothing for winning, nothing for a streak and nothing for a perfect routine.
So no percentage of players can be worked out here. Nobody can tell you what share of skaters ever win a round, because the game does not measure it.
What it does give is a clean headcount. 22,077,451 people hold that badge, and it was created three days after the game opened.
Against nearly 55 million visits, that means the average skater has been back two or three times.
The Second Rink
There are two places inside this game, not one. The second is called the pro rink.
Nothing on the game page mentions it, and no other guide we could find covers it either.
It is worth looking for once the main rink feels easy, because that is where the players who have been here since December tend to be.
Updates So Far
This game announces its updates in its own name on Roblox, and it has only had a few.
It carried a quad jumps tag in April 2026 and an upgrades tag in August. Both were free additions.
It has also carried a beta label the whole time, which is honest of them for a game with 55 million visits.

Tips for New Skate Off Players
- Start in Hoops. It rewards what you did, not what people thought of it.
- Redeem both codes on your first visit. They give Coins and Stars together.
- Do not buy the doublers early. Earn a bit first and see which currency you actually run out of.
- Skate a short clean routine in Classic. Rooms vote for finished runs.
- Learn the quad jump. It arrived in April and it still impresses a room.
- Find the pro rink when the main one gets easy.
- Ignore anything promising skate scripts. Those are for other games.
