Pixel Lineage is a free pixel art RPG on Roblox. It is a fast, turn-based roguelike, and its maker says plainly that it is not meant to be easy. The maker also says the ideas come from lots of games, mostly Terraria.
It comes from a group of the same name with about 236,000 members. It came out on September 25, 2026, has passed 21.4 million visits and gets a new update every week.

How to Play Pixel Lineage
- Make your character and pick a class.
- Spin for a race and talents to shape your build.
- Head out on a run and fight in fast, turn-based battles.
- Collect gold, potions and gear as you go.
- Use your lives wisely. When they run out, the run is over.
Pixel Lineage Gameplay and Strategy
There are six classes to start with: Warrior, Thief, Mage, Fist, Bard and Archer. The game’s own art says they branch into 18 super classes, and the latest update added a Spear class and a Dragon race.
Your race and talents come from spins, which is why the codes that hand out Race Spins and Talent Spins are so useful. Lives matter too, since this is a roguelike. Up to 50 players share a server.
Right now the game is running a Halloween event called Haunted Harvest, where you can smash the Pumpkin King. There is also a Dragon Raid with new loot called Calamity Gear.
