Mansion Tycoon is a free Roblox tycoon where you build a dream home one button at a time. You collect Cash, step on green buttons to add rooms and decorations, and move up to bigger homes. Along the way you can drive cool cars, race them on a track and role play with other players.
Capybara’s Productions made it, a group with about 1.9 million members. It came out on March 26, 2023 and has passed 660 million visits. There are seven homes to finish, from the first mansion to a yacht and a penthouse.

How to Play Mansion Tycoon
- Join a server and claim an empty plot.
- Pick up the Cash your mansion makes at its collection points.
- Step on a green button to buy the part it names, like a garage or decorations.
- Keep buying until the mansion is 100 percent done.
- Move on to the next home and start again with a bigger build.
Mansion Tycoon Gameplay and Strategy
Your mansion makes money on its own, and you walk to the collection points to grab it. Each green button shows its price, and early parts are cheap. A garage costs $25,000, while decorations can cost as little as $2,500.
Cash comes faster with boosts. VIP adds 25 percent, Double Cash doubles it, and players with a paid Roblox membership earn 20 percent more. The game says Double Cash works together with the other boosts.
There is more to do than build. You can collect cars, take them to the race track and keep a daily streak going. Holiday events add hunts with their own prize cars.

Each home has a badge for reaching 100 percent. The numbers show how many players have it, and what share that is of everyone with the game’s Thanks for playing badge. The last column is the price of the shop item named after each home.

- The cheapest pass is Extra Speed at 10 Robux. It gets you from button to button faster.
