The way this came to light is unusual. Somebody wrote a small file to switch stamina off, and to do that they had to name the exact parts of the game that charge it.
One of those parts is called ball hit stamina and it has a cost attached. You cannot take the cost off something that does not have one.
The practical version is simple. Do not sprint the whole length of the pitch and then try to shoot. Arrive with something left.
