The whole game is one decision made over and over. A bigger tree is worth more. But the bigger it gets, the more likely lightning is to hit it, and a struck tree is worth nothing. How to Play Greedy Growers
- Go to the river and buy a seed. The Oak seed is free, so you can always start again.
- Plant it in your plot and leave it alone. The tree grows on its own and its value climbs as it does.
- Watch the sky. Lightning ends a tree, and a bigger tree is a bigger target.
- Harvest when you are happy with the number. Early is safe, late is worth more, and that choice is the game.
- Sell your fruit, then buy a rarer seed with the money.
- Take quests at the Farmer’s Market for Tickets, and rebirth once the money stops feeling like progress.

Greedy Growers Gameplay
Lightning is the only thing that can go wrong, and the game is built around it. When it strikes, the tree stops producing fruit. The value you were watching climb is gone.
The risk goes up with the size of the tree. A small tree is nearly safe and worth little. A huge one is worth a fortune and is the most likely thing on your plot to get hit.
Fertilizer is how you push that line back. Better fertilizer lets a tree get bigger before it is in real danger. You unlock it with rebirths, not money.
Then there is weather, which is the good kind of luck. Each type leaves a mutation on your fruit, and a mutation multiplies what that fruit sells for.

Two things in that table are worth a second look. First, the 20 seeds with a published chance add up to 97.55 percent. That leaves about 2.45 percent unaccounted for.
That leftover is bigger than the whole Divine band at 0.02 percent. So the eight rarest seeds are almost certainly not on the same roll as the rest. The pattern stops instead of carrying on down. Nobody has published what they do come from.
Second, look at the jump from Epic to Legendary. Avocado costs $20,000 and Cherry costs $2.5 million. That is 125 times more for the next band up, and it is the wall most players hit first.
Greedy Growers Weather and Mutations
Six kinds of weather turn up, and each one leaves exactly one mutation behind. A mutation multiplies what the fruit is worth.

The gap between the top two is what matters. Rainbow gives you 25 times and a meteor shower gives you 100. One meteor shower on a good tree beats a long run of ordinary weather.
Nobody has published how often each weather turns up. The multipliers are known and the odds are not. Treat a meteor shower as a bonus you cannot plan around.
Mutations are why the quests pay so differently
The Farmer’s Market asks for a certain fruit, and often for one with a certain mutation on it. A quest wanting rare fruit that is also mutated pays far more Tickets than one wanting plain oak fruit.
Greedy Growers Fertilizer and Rebirths
There are five fertilizers and money will not buy you the good ones. Each is unlocked by a rebirth.

That makes rebirthing the real way forward. Five rebirths take a tree from its base size to five times that before lightning is the same threat.
It also means a new player and a five-rebirth player are not playing the same game. The same tree is a real risk for one and routine for the other.
The Greedy Growers Shop Sells Nothing At All
This is the strangest fact about the game, and it was checked twice before going on the page. Greedy Growers has no gamepasses. Not one.
A game with 73 million visits and 37,000 people playing right now is selling nothing for Robux. Every other game we have measured at this size runs a shop.
For comparison, the last few games we looked at sold shops worth 8,616 Robux, 4,000, 1,797 and 395. This one is zero.
The game also keeps no badges. So there is no public counter of how many players have done anything. Without a total to divide by, no percentage here would mean a thing, and we are not going to invent one.
Players Vote for This Game More Than They Save It
One number here runs against the grain. The game has 264,291 favorites and 528,030 votes. That is one favorite for every two votes.
Most games run the other way round, at roughly two favorites for every vote. A sword-fighting game we measured last week sat at more than three to one.
So people here are happy to press like but less likely to save it. That fits a game you drop into for ten minutes, not one you return to daily.
The likes themselves are strong. 516,284 up against 11,746 down works out at 97.8 percent positive, one of the highest we have recorded.
Tips for New Greedy Growers Players
- Harvest earlier than feels right at the start. A tree you sold is worth more than a bigger one that got hit.
- The Oak seed is free, so you can never be truly stuck. Losing everything costs you time, not progress.
- Save for the jump from Epic to Legendary. Cherry costs 125 times what Avocado does, and grinding Epics is how you get there.
- Rebirth for the fertilizer, not the reset. Each rebirth lets your trees get meaningfully bigger before the risk bites.
- Hold mutated fruit back for the Farmer’s Market. Quests pay far more for a mutation than a plain harvest sells for.
- Grab both codes on day one. They pay 350 Tickets between them, which is a couple of days of quests.

You cannot stop it, only push it back. Better fertilizer lets a tree grow bigger before the risk gets serious, and fertilizer comes from rebirths.

Cosmic, from a meteor shower, at 100 times the value. Golden from a rainbow is next at 25 times, and everything else is 5 times or less.
