Fat Training is exactly what it sounds like. You start as a tiny little guy, and your whole goal is to eat, train, and get absolutely massive. It’s one of those simple Roblox simulators that’s weirdly hard to put down once you start.
What You Actually Do in Fat Training
The loop is straightforward. You eat food to gain weight, then you hit the gym equipment to convert that weight into strength and size. The bigger you get, the more food you can eat, and the faster you grow. It’s a cycle that keeps pushing you forward.
There are different foods to collect around the map, ranging from basic burgers to rarer stuff that gives you way more weight per bite. Training equipment works the same way, with better machines unlocking as you progress. You’re basically always chasing the next upgrade.
Rebirthing is part of the game too. Once you hit a certain size, you can reset your progress for a permanent multiplier boost. It stings to start small again, but your gains come back way faster each time you do it.
The Good Stuff and the Frustrating Bits
The satisfying part is watching your character balloon up over time. There’s something genuinely funny about waddling around the map as an enormous blob that can barely fit through doors. The visual progression keeps it entertaining even when the gameplay itself is pretty repetitive.
The grind does get tedious though. Early rebirths feel rewarding, but after a few rounds the multipliers start feeling slow and the gap between upgrades stretches out. If you’re not using a gamepass or some kind of boost, expect to spend a lot of time just clicking and waiting.
The game is still fairly new, so the player count fluctuates and updates aren’t super frequent yet. It’s not dead, but it’s not packed either. Worth checking out if you like idle-style simulators, just don’t expect a massive community around it right now.
