Break and Steal an Egg is a free Roblox game about cracking eggs open and running off with what hatches. You swing a pickaxe at an egg until it breaks, then grab the animal inside. Carry it home past the guards, and it earns cash in your base.
ILGames x Eggs made it, a group with about 5.4 million members. It came out on September 5, 2026 and passed 205 million visits in about six weeks. Its own page says it was inspired by Steal an Egg.

How to Play Break and Steal an Egg
- Go to a zone and pick an egg.
- Swing your pickaxe at it until it breaks and the animal hatches.
- Pick up the animal and run it back to your base. Stay away from the guards.
- Place the animal in your base so it earns cash.
- Spend the cash on a better pickaxe and more speed, then go for tougher eggs.
Break and Steal an Egg Gameplay and Strategy
Every run has two halves. First you break the egg, and a better pickaxe takes fewer swings. Then you carry the animal home. Each egg also has its own weight in kilograms.
The trip home is the risky part. Guards patrol the zones, and you also get a bat. Other players can hit you with theirs while you carry an animal, and if they do, you drop it. With only 7 players in a server, you will often run into the same rivals.
Speed is the other big upgrade. The treadmill in your base raises it, and later zones need more of it before you can get in. Your base keeps making cash while you are away, and filling the Index with every animal pays out rewards too.

Tips for New Break and Steal an Egg Players
