Everything in BlockSpin runs on Cash. The honest way to get it is a job. The Burger Place and the Gas Station both have easy starter jobs, and they keep you out of fights while you learn the city.
There is a riskier side too. You can hack ATMs with a hack tool, or beat other players in a fight and take what they drop. Other players can do the same to you, which is why banking your Cash matters.
When you die, you drop everything in your inventory. The game itself warns you to put items in the safe in your house. Cash in an ATM is safe too, so empty your pockets often.
