Last Updated: August 2026 | The best rated game on this site, and a badge that names the wrong game.
Bicep Simulator is a lifting game. You train to build up strength, arm wrestle characters who get tougher as you go, hatch pets and work your way through ten zones. It is the kind of game people leave running.
It opened in January 2024 and has passed 37 million visits. This page has the ten zones in order with the month each arrived, the full shop, and a badge that has been carrying the wrong game’s name for two years.

How to Play Bicep Simulator
Everything runs off one number, which is your strength. Train it up, then spend it beating people.
- Join the group before you start. The game page offers a boost and a special pet for it.
- Train to build up your strength. That is the number everything else in the game runs on.
- Arm wrestle the characters in your zone. Each one has its own badge and they get harder in order.
- Hatch pets as you go. Nearly 7.8 million players have the badge for their first one.
- Move on to the next zone once you can beat everybody. Ten of them sit between the start and the end.
- Use the codes for potions and boosts. The game names three of them on its own page.
A visit here averages about eighteen and a half minutes, which is longer than any other game on this site. People settle in with it.
Bicep Simulator Gameplay: Ten Zones in Order
Each zone hands out a badge for arriving, so the whole game lines up neatly, and the badge dates say when each one opened.

About 13 in every 100 players reach the beach. By the candy zone it is roughly one in a hundred, and the last zone has 6,065 players, or one in about 3,000.
Read the right hand column and a different story appears. Six zones arrived in the six months after launch, one after another.
Then it stopped. Nothing new has been added since September 2024, though the game itself was updated as recently as July this year.

A Badge That Names Another Game
This is a small thing and a lovely one. Sixty eight badges here, and sixty seven of them end with the words in Bicep Simulator.
The one for reaching the lava zone does not. It says you reached the lava zone in a different game, one the same maker released about six months earlier.
Somebody copied the badge list across from that older game and missed a line. It has been sitting there ever since.
381,667 players hold that badge. You can open it and read the wrong name for yourself in about ten seconds.
Fifteen Things on Sale, and Two of Them Play for You
The shop is bigger than most and the top of it is expensive. Here are the ends of it.
| What it costs |
What it is |
| 2,699 Robux |
Magic charm, the dearest thing in the game |
| 1,299 Robux |
Diamond charm |
| 799 Robux |
Golden charm |
| 599 Robux |
Mega luck |
| 449 Robux |
Automatic fighting |
| 339 Robux |
Automatic training |
| 29 Robux |
Double speed, the cheapest thing on sale |
Three charms sit at 799, 1,299 and 2,699, which is a proper ladder rather than one big item.
The interesting pair is the automatic training and automatic fighting. Those do the repetitive part of the game for you, and the game sells them itself.
Nothing in the shop is needed to finish the game. Every zone opens by playing, and the codes hand out potions and boosts for nothing.
The Best Rated Game on This Site
Out of 121,456 votes, 118,461 are likes. That works out at about 98 in every 100.
Only one vote in forty is a dislike, which is the highest score of any game we have written up. The next best manages 92 in a hundred.
Nearly 924,000 players have also saved it, which is one for every 40 visits. People like this game and they come back to it.
Its busiest day was 22 June 2024, when 3,309 people were playing at once. That was the month the sixth new zone arrived.
Tips for New Bicep Simulator Players
- Join the group before your first session. The game page offers a boost and a special pet, and it costs nothing.
- Use the codes early. The potions and boosts are worth most when your strength is still low.
- Beat everyone in a zone before moving on. Each character has a badge and they are ordered from easiest to hardest.
- Do not buy the automatic passes to finish the game. Every zone opens by playing, and those only save you the repetitive part.
- Expect the later zones to be quiet. Only about one player in 3,000 has ever reached the last one.
- Do not wait for new zones. Nothing has been added since September 2024.
Bicep Simulator FAQ
How many zones are there?
Ten, from the beach through to steampunk. Four were there at launch and six arrived over the following six months.
Are there any codes?
Yes, eight look live and the game names three of them on its own page. Our Bicep Simulator codes page has the list.
Do I have to spend anything?
No. Every zone opens by playing and the codes are free. The shop mostly sells speed rather than access.
What is the rarest badge?
The one for meeting the maker of the game in person. Fifty four players have it.
Why does one badge name a different game?
The badge list was copied across from an earlier game by the same maker, and one line never got changed.
How many people play together?
Fourteen to a server. Private servers are switched off, so everyone is in the public ones.
About Bicep Simulator
Bicep Simulator comes from one maker with a verified account and more than thirty published games. This is the third biggest of them.
The game page is unusually generous with information. It prints three working codes, lists the free boosts and tells you what joining the group gets you.
It also still promises a new code at 75,000 likes. The game has more than 118,000, so that particular line has been overtaken.
Everything happens in one place. There is no lobby, no side rooms and nothing hidden behind a door.
