The 2:00 AM inspection is a recurring challenge. A car arrives and you must exit through the back door without looking back at the kiosk or any camera. It’s a no-UI tension-building sequence that punishes impulsive actions. Players who know it’s coming still get caught by the reflex to look.
Amber Alert is a well-designed horror loop that uses the farming phase to create investment before threatening it with the monster phase. Losing a run after a productive day session stings appropriately. The game contains flashing lights and recommends headphones for the full effect.
