Last Verified: August 2026 | One real code, and it is a stage answer rather than a reward.
Searching for Eye Test codes brings back nothing on any code list, and that is because this game has no reward codes at all. There is nowhere in it to type one and nothing it could hand you, since the game has no coins, no levels and no shop money.
There is a code though, and in a game like this one it is worth far more than a pile of coins. It is the four digit answer to stage 104, the studio published it on its own group page, and it is not on any code list.
Active Eye Test Codes (August 2026)
There are no reward codes for this game, and there is nowhere to type one.
The game has no coins, no levels and no shop money, so there is nothing a code could pay you.
There is a real code though, and in this game that means something better than coins. It is below.
THE ANSWER FOR STAGE 104
0150
Four digits, for stage 104. The studio prints it on its own group page, which is the only place it appears.
In This Game a Code Is Something You Read
This is the bit that confuses people, and it is worth a minute.
In most games a code is a word you paste into a box for free coins. This game is an eyesight test, so a code is a number you are meant to read off the screen.
That is the whole game. It hides a word in stripes, a number in a field of colored dots, and one odd letter in a wall of matching ones. Reading the thing is the puzzle.
So a code list is looking for the wrong thing entirely. The number above is a real code for this game and it is worth more than coins would be, because it gets you past a stage.

How We Know Stage 104 Is in This Game
The studio makes fourteen games and the code is posted on a page that covers all of them, so it is fair to ask which one it means.
This game counts in stages. Its badges are named Stage 5, Stage 10, and so on up to Stage 115, so a stage 104 exists here.
Only one other game by this studio numbers stages at all, and that one stops at 100. Every other game of theirs counts rooms, or floors, or nothing.
You can check it in a minute by opening the badge list on any of their games and reading the names.
How to Redeem Eye Test Codes
1There is no code box in this game, so there is nothing to redeem for free items.
2To use the number above, play until you reach stage 104 and read what the stage asks for.
3Type the four digits in. That is the answer that stage wants.
4For the free item instead, open the game page on Roblox and follow the group link.
5Press join, then come back into the game and the speed coil is yours.
The Free Speed Coil Is the Other Handout
This is the closest thing to a reward code here, and it takes about ten seconds.
The game page says group members get a free speed coil. It makes you move faster, which will not help you see anything but does get you between stages quicker.
It is worth pointing out that the same studio charges for a speed coil in its other big game. Here they hand it to you.
It is free, anyone can join, and there is nothing to fill in. If you take two things from this page, take the number and take that.
What You Get Without Paying or Redeeming
A speed coil
Free for joining the studio group, and it is stated on the game page.
All 115 stages
Nothing in the run is locked behind a purchase. Every stage is open from the start.
Twenty-three progress badges
One every five stages, so you can always see exactly how far you have got.
Up to 20 players together
Bring friends and find out whose eyes are actually better.
When Do New Eye Test Codes Drop?
Reward codes probably never, since the game has had none in twenty months and nothing for one to pay into.
Stage answers arrive with stages, so the real question is when new stages turn up. There the news is quiet.
The last stage marker was added in February 2025. Back in January 2025 the game page said new stages were coming often, and that line was taken off the page soon after.
The game itself was updated in May 2026, so somebody is still looking after it. If a stage above 115 shows up, more answers may follow.
