Build Anything has no codes and no box to type one into. It matters less here than it would anywhere else, because there is no currency in this game for a code to hand you. Blocks are free and you get all of them the moment you spawn.
The shop sells extra things to build with rather than any kind of advantage, which is what you would expect from a sandbox. Below is every item in it, what the prices actually look like, and the other building games whose pages keep turning up under this name.

There are no working codes for Build Anything, and no redeem box in the game to put one in.
The game has no coins or gems at all, so there is no currency for a code to pay out in. Everything in the shop is bought with Robux directly.
Codes are case-sensitive in every Roblox game that uses them, so if a box ever does appear here, type it exactly as written.
Other Building Games Keep Turning Up Under This Name
Roblox is full of games with build in the title, and a dozen of them turn up when you search for this one. Build A Boat, Build A Skyscraper and Build a Rocket Ship all have their own codes, and none of those work here.
There is also a near copy with almost exactly this name, which has under 4 million visits and is usually empty. Three quick ways to tell which game a page is about:

3Check whether the page mentions boats, towers or rockets. Those belong to other building games.

Ten of the fourteen items are materials. Doors, glass colours, rainbow blocks, nature, furniture, carpet and a paint tool.
A few toys
A bat, a rocket launcher and a couple of limited winter items. They are for messing about rather than for winning, since there is nothing here to win.
The prices are small
The paint tool is 9 Robux and most of the rest sit between 19 and 39. The dearest thing in the entire shop is 79.
How To Redeem Codes in Build Anything
You cannot, because the game has no code box in it anywhere. If one is ever added it will most likely sit on the main menu, which is where these boxes usually live. This page is rechecked every month.
The One Pass That Is Not Just Blocks
Thirteen of the fourteen items are things you place or hold. The fourteenth is called Unlock All Time Rewards and costs 79 Robux, the most expensive thing here.
That name tells you the game drips out rewards on a timer as you play. The pass hands you those without the wait. Everything it unlocks is still just building materials, so it buys you time rather than an advantage.
How To Actually Win More Rounds
Since no code is coming to help, here is what actually will. Most of what makes this game good is knowing what the free tools already do.
1Plan the shape before you start placing. Undoing a big build block by block takes far longer than thinking for a minute.
2Build up rather than out. Height is the thing people notice, and it costs the same as sprawling.
3Use the free blocks properly before buying a pack. The paid ones are extra colours and shapes, not better materials.
4Build with people you actually know. Servers hold 22 and not everyone in them is friendly.
5If someone starts wrecking your build, leave and start a fresh server rather than arguing about it.
When Do New Build Anything Codes Drop?
Nobody outside the developer can say. There has never been a code box here, and with no coins or gems in the game there is very little a code could hand over.
