If you came here for a code list, the honest answer is short. There are no codes in this game, and there is no menu in it where a code could be entered. Yen is the only currency and fighting is the only way to earn it.
That is worth knowing before you spend an evening searching. This page shows what you can get without paying, what the shop charges for the shortcut, and one claim going around that we could not check.
Active Anime Ability Arena Codes
There are no codes. Not an out of date list, and not a list that used to work. The game has never had a code system.
Its description runs to a features list, a supported devices list and a rules block, and never mentions a code anywhere in it.
Two pages exist online whose only job is this game’s codes. Both of them say the same thing we do, and to their credit neither made any up.
Codes are case-sensitive in games that have them, so if this game ever adds a box we will put the list on this page.
How to Redeem Anime Ability Arena Codes
There is nothing to redeem, so there is no button to press. If the studio adds one, it will show up in one of a few usual places.

Anyone showing you a video of a code box in this game is showing you a different game. There is another arena fighter with a name one word away from this one.
One Claim We Could Not Check
One of the two pages about this game says that joining the studio’s Roblox group pays you a 500 Yen starter reward the first time you load in.
That page gets the studio’s name right, which is a good sign and more than some manage. But the reward itself is not mentioned anywhere on the game’s own page.
So we cannot confirm it. We are repeating it because joining the group is free and takes a moment, so the worst case is that you joined a group.
The group is real and easy to check. It carries a Roblox verified badge and has 1,919,349 members in it.
How to check a claim like that yourself
Open the game’s Roblox page and read the description end to end. If a reward is real and the studio wants you to have it, that is almost always where they say so. If it is not there, treat it as somebody’s guess.

The important line there is the second one. The game’s own description says you use Yen to unlock new characters, so the whole roster is meant to be reachable by playing.
There are 18 characters and servers hold 18 players, so a full room is one of everybody if nobody doubles up.
The beginner room is worth using early. It is a separate place inside the game rather than a mode, which means the people in it are new too.
The Shop Sells What the Game Says You Can Earn
With no codes, the only shortcut is the shop. There are five things in it and they come to 3,895 Robux together.

Three of the five are characters, and those three are 3,297 Robux of the 3,895. That is 85 percent of the shop spent on the one thing the description says Yen unlocks.
Both readings are fair. You can earn a character by fighting, or you can pay to have one now, and the studio has priced the shortcut.
Dragon King at 1,599 Robux is the most expensive single item we have found in any game shop. The next dearest thing in this game is 300 Robux cheaper.
The cheapest useful one is the Yen booster at 399. It doubles what you earn, so it shortens the road to every character rather than handing you one.
When Do New Anime Ability Arena Codes Drop?
Nobody can tell you, because there has never been one. Anyone handing you a date for this game is guessing, and there is no history to guess from.
What the game does say is that more characters and updates are coming. That is on its own page, in the features list.
Games often add a code box at the same time as a big content update, so a new character arriving is the moment worth checking.
The other place to watch is the group. It is where a studio this size would announce one, it is free to join, and it already has nearly two million members.
