The Mimic Badges: All 34 and How to Get Them

The Mimic has 34 badges on its Roblox page. Most of them come from beating a chapter, either on normal or on Nightmare, the hardest mode. A few come from secrets and events.

This page lists all 34, book by book. Each one shows how to get it and how many players own it. Checked on October 28, 2026.

Quick answer. The easiest badge is “Control” Chapter I Completed, which more than 17 million players own. The rarest is Egao’s Encounter, a secret badge with only 42,837 owners. For the good endings, pick KILL SAMA in Control Chapter IV and KILL ENZUKAI in Jealousy Chapter 4.

Normal mode and Nightmare mode

Every chapter has a normal badge and a Nightmare badge. You get one for beating it on normal and one for beating it on Nightmare. Nightmare is the same chapter on the hardest setting.

Some Nightmare badges give you a lantern too. Beat Control Chapter II on Nightmare for the Butterfly Lantern, or Chapter III on Nightmare for the Corrupted Lantern.

Control’s Book badges

Control’s Book is the first book, with 4 chapters and 11 badges.

Badge	How to get it	Players
“Control” Chapter I Completed	Beat Chapter I.	17,033,368

“Control” – Killed	Defeat the beast in Chapter IV.	4,810,923
“Control” – Nightmare Killed	Defeat the beast in Chapter IV on Nightmare.	242,501

Chapter IV ends with a choice. KILL SAMA gives the good ending, and SAVE PARENTS gives the bad one. Each ending has its own badge, so pick the other choice next time to get both.

Jealousy’s Book is the second book. It has 4 chapters and 9 badges.

Chapter 4 ends with a choice too. KILL ENZUKAI gives the good ending, and KILL SENZAI gives the bad one. About 2.5 times as many players have the good ending badge as the bad one.

Egao’s Encounter came out on the same day as Rage Chapter 1. For every 37 players who beat that chapter, only 1 has found Egao.

Which Nightmare badges are hardest?

Here is how many players beat each chapter on normal for every one who beat it on Nightmare. Each pair of badges came out on the same day, so the numbers are fair to compare.

Chapter	Normal	Nightmare	Nightmare winners
The Witch Trials	1,189,600	264,447	1 in 4.5
Rage Chapter 1	1,586,560	109,978	1 in 14
Jealousy Chapter 3	1,920,252	137,151	1 in 14
Jealousy Chapter 2	2,922,265	74,733	1 in 39

Jealousy Chapter 2 is the big one. Only 1 in 39 players who beat it also beat it on Nightmare. Its Nightmare badge has fewer owners than any other chapter badge. That is even fewer than Jealousy Nightmare 4, which came out two years later.

Control is kinder. Nightmare I and Nightmare II came out on the same day, and 91% of players with Nightmare I also have Nightmare II.
