In Drag Drive Simulator you need cash for new bikes, cars and parts. Jobs are the steady way to earn it, and some of them have ranks that pay a cash bonus each time you go up.
This page lists every job, the XP each rank needs and the bonus it pays. It also shows the badges that pay more than a promotion. Checked on October 22, 2026.
Quick answer. The jobs are RideGO driver, Barista, Courier, Office worker and Police. RideGO and Barista ranks pay 5M to 25M cash. The easiest big bonuses are two strange badges at the cafe, which pay 25M each.
Every job in Drag Drive Simulator
- RideGO driver: pick up riders around the city, like a taxi app.
- Barista: work at the cafe and serve coffee.
- Courier: deliver parcels to different places.
- Office worker: work at the office in the city.
- Police: patrol the city. You need the Police Pass, which costs 149 Robux.
RideGO driver ranks
Each order earns XP. Reach a new rank and you get a one-time cash bonus. The last column shows how rare each rank is, out of every player who has done a first order.

Barista ranks
The cafe works the same way, but each rank needs more XP. Coffee Master needs 100,000 XP, more than 3 times what Elite Driver needs.

Police ranks
Police has two ranks, Briptu and then Brigpol. Each one gives a cash bonus, new missions and better police gear. 3,488 players have reached Briptu and 1,034 have reached Brigpol.
The badges that pay the most cash
Some badges pay more than a promotion. Here are the biggest:

| Collect all 13 anomalies as a barista |

| Find the cursed coffee recipe |
25M |

| Earn your first 500M |
10M |

The two strange cafe badges are the best deal. Serving the odd customer and finding the cursed recipe pay 25M each. That is more than Coffee Master, and over 160,000 players have each one, against just 136 Coffee Masters.
Collecting all 13 anomalies in one job pays 50M. That is more than all three Barista promotions together, which add up to 35M.
The money badges help too. Earning your first 500M pays 10M, and your first 1B pays 50M. About 1 in 10 players who reach 500M go on to reach 1B.
