Quick answer. No job pays more than another. Every order your server delivers adds coins to everyone’s paycheck, and you get paid every 15 minutes. What changes your pay is your stars. Keep all 3 stars and play in a busy server.
How paychecks work
Your paycheck is not about your own job. It counts every pizza and drink your whole server delivers to a house. Each one adds coins to the paycheck of every worker. Then you get paid every 15 minutes.
A normal order is worth 10 coins. A gold order is worth 20, and a neon order is worth 100. Your stars decide how much of that you keep.

Look at what happens when you lose stars. Going from 3 stars to 2 costs you 20% of your pay. Going from 2 stars to 1 costs you another 50%. At 1 star, a normal order pays you just 3 coins.
You lose stars for mistakes. Burning pizzas, closing empty boxes, messing up orders and taking too long to deliver all count. The good news is you win stars back by doing your job well.
One more rule. If you go on break without working first, you get no work paycheck at all.
Which job pays the most?
None of them. The Manager, Cashier, Cook, Pizza Boxer, Delivery and Supplier jobs all get the same paycheck. That is because the paycheck counts the whole server’s deliveries, not your own work.
So the best job is the one your server is missing. With no cashier, cooks have no orders. With no cook, there is nothing to box or deliver. With no supplier, the kitchen runs out. Fill the empty spot and everyone gets paid more, including you.
Delivery is the last step, so good drivers matter a lot. If a house has more than one order, drop them all off in a row. Each order in a row adds 2 coins to its value. Save any gold or neon order for last.
Double Time and Neon Time
Double Time starts every 30 minutes and lasts 4 minutes. Every normal order turns gold, so it is worth 20 coins instead of 10. Pizzas cook faster too, so this is the best time to work hard.
Neon Time turns every order neon, worth 100 coins each. It also lasts 4 minutes. Any player can start it for 290 Robux, and once in a while it starts on its own.
Here is the catch. If you join a server after Neon Time has started, neon orders only pay you 10 coins until it ends. You have to be there at the start.

The Rock Island chest pays double in Double Time, but Neon Time does not change it. So wait for Double Time before you open it. You can reach the island by swimming, by boat, by car or with the Hang Glider.
The work paycheck is still where most of your coins come from. The daily check is small, but it is free, so join once a day.
What every house costs
Everyone starts in a free Shack. You buy each upgrade in order, all the way to the Estate. The last column shows how many normal orders your server would need to deliver, at 3 stars, to pay for everything up to that house.

The last two houses are where the coins go. The Mansion and the Estate cost 800,000 coins together. That is 85% of the whole 946,100. The Estate alone costs more than every house before it put together.
In fact, almost every upgrade costs more than all the ones before it. Only the Backyard and the Basement are cheaper, because they are add-ons.
The Estate takes about 94,610 normal orders. With neon orders, it takes about 9,461. That is why Neon Time matters so much for big savers.
The second house slot
Once you own the Estate, you get a second house slot. You buy the same houses again there, but they cost a lot more. The whole second ladder costs 1,542,000 coins.

The house passes are a much better deal than coin packs. The best coin pack gives 62.5 coins per Robux. The Estate pass saves about 296 coins per Robux, which is about 4.7 times more.
That only works if you are still near the start. A pass saves you the coins for the houses you have not bought yet. If you already own a big house, it saves you less.
VIP costs 800 Robux. It gives you 50% more coins on every work paycheck and doubles your daily check. The manager also cannot send you back to work.
Always ask a parent before you spend Robux.
Tips to get coins faster
- Keep all 3 stars. At 1 star you keep only 30% of your pay.
- Join a busy server with lots of workers. More deliveries means a bigger paycheck.
- Take the job nobody is doing. A missing cashier or cook slows down everyone’s pay.
- Work hard during Double Time. Every normal order is worth twice as much.
- On delivery, drop all orders for one house in a row, and save gold or neon for last.
- Open the Rock Island chest during Double Time to get 3,000 coins instead of 1,500.
