Last Updated: September 20, 2026 | A few months old, and the shop already runs on four different pricing models.
Build A Blue Lock Squad is a Roblox squad-builder. You roll for player cards inspired by the Blue Lock anime and build a full team. Then you cash the finished squad in for a reward and start the next one. It launched at the end of June 2026 and has already passed 9.6 million visits. That is a fast climb for a game only a few months old. It is fan-made and not an official Blue Lock product.
What sets it apart is the shop. It runs four separate pricing systems side by side for the same handful of resources. Every number below comes straight from Roblox’s own sales data.

How to Play Build A Blue Lock Squad
- Join the game. You start with a handful of Rerolls and Refreshes already in hand.
- Spend a Roll to see a new player card offered for one of your open squad slots.
- Place a card you like into that slot, or spend a Refresh to swap the current choices.
- Repeat until every slot in your squad is filled.
- Finish the completed squad to cash it in for a reward, then start building the next one.
- Roll separately for a Coach to boost your squad, and redeem codes from the Settings menu for extra Rerolls and Refreshes.
Build A Blue Lock Squad Gameplay
Rerolls and Refreshes are the two currencies that keep the squad-building loop moving. Both are sold in packs that get cheaper per unit at the bigger size.

Cosmetics run on two different systems at once. SkinStock sells one exact rarity directly for a flat price, no gambling involved.

| Common |
19 Robux |
| Rare |
49 Robux |

SkinSpins sits next to it. It spends Robux on a gacha pull across that same cosmetic pool, so the rarity is not guaranteed.

On top of both of those, four separate “Luck” boosts exist: Rare Card, Shiny, Awakened and Coach. All four charge the exact same two prices for a timed window.

The shop also sells nine gamepasses between 199 and 399 Robux. These include Auto Roll, more team slots, VIP and a pass that doubles your Shiny chance. On top of that sits a plain evergreen four-rung bundle ladder. Dozens of one-off bundles are named after specific Blue Lock characters and events too.
Tips for New Build A Blue Lock Squad Players
- Redeem every active code before you start rolling There are 21 working codes right now, and together they hand over a stack of Rerolls, Refreshes, Coins and Cash worth more than most fresh accounts see on their own in the first few matches.
- Buy Reroll and Refresh packs at the biggest size you can afford The 50-pack rate beats the 10-pack rate on both currencies – Rerolls drop from 16.9 Robux each down to 13.98, and Refreshes drop from 24.9 down to 19.98.
- Use SkinStock instead of SkinSpins when you want one exact rarity SkinStock sells a guaranteed rarity directly for a flat price, while SkinSpins is a gacha pull on the same reward pool. Pick SkinStock if you already know which tier you want and don’t want to gamble on it.
- Time your Luck boosts around a real pull session All four Luck boosts (Rare Card, Shiny, Awakened and Coach) charge the same 99 Robux for 15 minutes or 249 Robux for 60 minutes, so buy the longer one only when you plan to roll for a while.
- Finish and restart your squad instead of sitting on a full team Cashing in a completed squad and starting a new one is how you keep earning from your Rerolls, rather than leaving a full roster idle.
- Don’t expect a badge ladder yet This game has no badges tracked on Roblox at all so far. There is nothing to chase there, so put your currency toward the shop instead.
Build A Blue Lock Squad FAQ
Is Build A Blue Lock Squad free to play?
Yes. Anyone can join and build a squad for free. The shop sells Rerolls, Refreshes, Coins and cosmetic pulls, but none of it is required to play.
How many working Build A Blue Lock Squad codes are there?
21 right now. New ones tend to arrive with updates and milestones, so check the codes page for the current list before you start.
What are Rerolls and Refreshes used for?
Rerolls pull a new player card for an open squad slot. Refreshes swap out the current choices without spending a full Roll.
Does Build A Blue Lock Squad have badges?
No, not yet. Roblox shows zero badges tracked for this game so far.
Is this the same game as Blue Lock Rivals?
No. It is a separate game from a different studio, on a different Roblox universe. Both take inspiration from the same anime, which is why the names look alike, but they are not the same game.
What is the difference between SkinStock and SkinSpins?
SkinStock sells one guaranteed rarity of cosmetic directly for a flat price. SkinSpins spends Robux on a gacha pull across the same cosmetic pool instead, so the rarity you get is not guaranteed.
How many players are in a match?
Up to 15. Everyone builds and manages their own squad rather than competing in the same match session.
Every figure on this page comes from Roblox and was read on September 20, 2026. Prices and player numbers move, so treat them as a snapshot rather than a fixed total.
