Grand Blue is a pirate game on Roblox. You learn fighting styles and hunt cursed fruits, and each fruit gives you a new power. You also craft weapons and fight your way through bosses and islands. It opened on 4 July 2024 and still says early access more than two years on.

How to Play Grand Blue
The opening hours follow the same six steps for everyone.
- Make your character. Your race and your traits are rolled here, and rerolls are the main thing the codes pay out.
- Redeem the codes before anything else. They are worth 70 Trait Rerolls and 50 Race Rerolls between them.
- Pick up a fighting style. This is your main way of dealing damage before you find a fruit.
- Open the Logbook. The game says it holds most of what you need to know about the world, and it is the closest thing to a built-in guide.
- Hunt a cursed fruit. They appear on trees and plants once an hour, so be somewhere with a lot of trees when the hour turns.
- Work through the bosses and islands, crafting better weapons as you go.
Servers hold ten players, so islands stay reasonably quiet compared with most games this busy.

The fruit timer is the best line in there. Fruits show up on trees and plants every hour. So a fruit hunt is about being in the right spot when the clock turns, not about grinding.
Next best is that skill levels save for each fruit. Try one, drop it for another, and come back later. Nothing you built up is lost.
Races and traits are the odd ones out. The game page never mentions either. The only tell is that the codes pay rerolls for both.
This Game Sells Nothing at All
There is no shop. Not a small one, none. No passes, no bundles, nothing priced in Robux anywhere in the game.
An empty answer like that is usually a broken check. So the same check went to two other busy games the same day, and both handed back a full price list.
This game has 3.6 million visits and about fourteen thousand people in it at once. It has never charged for a thing.
For you that means nobody in your server bought an advantage. There was nothing to buy.

The alpha badge is the odd one. Just 72 people hold it. You got it by reaching level 50 in the alpha test, which closed long ago.
The badge promises those 72 a special item they can trade. The game has no shop and nothing else names that item, so the promise is still open.
The joining badge cannot be used the usual way. It was made in April 2026 for a game that opened in July 2024. So it counts people who arrived in the last few months rather than everyone who ever played.
So nobody can tell you what share of this game’s players did anything. If a page hands you a percentage for this game, it was not counted.
How to check that yourself
Compare the date a badge was created with the date the game was created. If the badge is much younger, its count starts on the badge’s birthday and not the game’s, and any percentage built on it is wrong.
Tips for New Grand Blue Players
- Redeem every code before you settle on a character. They pay 70 Trait Rerolls and 50 Race Rerolls, and traits and race are otherwise fixed.
- Learn the fruit hour. Fruits appear on trees and plants once an hour, so a tree-heavy island just before the turn is worth more than an hour of wandering.
