The money in this city is tokens, and you earn those by doing the jobs around town. The shop sells a doubler for them, which is the closest thing to a shortcut that exists.
How This City Actually Gives Things Away
Instead of codes, this game puts its events in its own name. The title on the Roblox page changes when something is on, and it has said things like Free House and FREE VIP.

Those are the tags the name has carried. Two of them were straight giveaways, in November 2024, and the rest were new areas or seasonal events.
So the thing to bookmark is the game page itself, not a code list. If the name has a word in brackets on it, something is on.
When Do New Highland Park RP Codes Drop?
There is no schedule to give you, because there is nothing to schedule. No code has ever gone out for this game.
What we can tell you is the rhythm of the events. Ten of those name changes happened across six months of 2024, and only one has turned up since.
The shop tells the same story. Fourteen passes are on sale and the newest was added on Christmas Eve 2024, so the city has been coasting for a while.
It is still being worked on, mind. The last update landed on 30 July 2026, and the group promises new ones every week.

About 6 players in every 1,000 have. It is the rarest thing you can still earn here.
Open the bank vault
Around 8 in every 1,000 have done it, even though the bank job is one of the first things the game shouts about.
Ride everything at the boardwalk
The Ferris wheel, the helicopter and the plane all have their own badges, and all three are free to use.
Bring a friend
Playing with one is its own badge, and servers hold 36 people, so the city is a lot better full than empty.
What The Shop Costs Instead
Since there is no code that can hand you anything, here is the honest price list. Fourteen passes are on sale and the full set would cost 4,518 Robux.
1Penthouse Living at 749 Robux is the most expensive thing in the city.
2X2 Tokens at 495 is the only one that changes how fast you earn.
3VIP at 449 and the three vehicle packs between 299 and 399 are the bulk of the rest.
4House Fire at 99 is the cheapest, and yes, it does what it says.
5One pass, the plot upgrade, was pulled from the shop eight days after it was added.
Nothing in there is required. The school, the hospital, the vet and the bank are all free, and so is every badge on the list above.
