Highland Park RP is a whole city you can move into. There is a school, a hospital, a vet, a bank you can rob and more than sixty other places to turn up at, and almost everything that makes your character look the part sits behind the shop. Fourteen passes are on sale and buying the lot would cost you 4,518 Robux, so plenty of people go looking for a shortcut.
That search comes back empty, and not in the usual way. Here is what we found instead, and what you can do for free.

Usually a game this size has a dozen listings and most of them are dead links. We went through every place these things get posted and there is nothing here at all. Not a dead one, not a key-locked one, not even a fake one.
A city with more than 216 million visits and nobody has written one. The rest of this page is about why, because the answer tells you something useful about the game.
Why Nobody Has Bothered
Scripts get written where there is a number to grow. A pet to hatch, a level to climb, a coin counter that goes up while you leave the game running. This city has none of that.
What people want here is the penthouse, the sports car and the VIP tag, and every one of those is a Robux purchase. That is the part worth understanding.

The last row is the one to watch. When a game has nothing a script can win, anything offering you a menu for it is selling something else, and the thing being sold is usually you.
Free Things To Chase Instead
The game has 38 collectible badges and most players have four or five of them. Working down that list is the closest thing this city has to a challenge, and it costs nothing.
1Graffiti a billboard. Only about 6 players in every 1,000 have ever done it, which makes it the rarest thing you can still earn.
2Open the bank vault. Roughly 8 in every 1,000 have, even though robbing the bank is one of the first things the game advertises.
3Spend some time in a dumpster. Yes, really. It is a badge, and hardly anybody has it.
4Score a basket and score a goal. The courts get walked past all day and under 1 in 100 players has used them.
5Find the backside of the waterfall. About 2 in every 100 players have been behind it.
6Get yourself wanted by the police. Only 13 in every 1,000 have managed it, so the police side of the city is emptier than it looks.
The Cheapest Way To Change Your Day
If you are going to spend anything at all, the cheapest thing in the shop is 99 Robux and it lets you start a house fire. It is also a badge, and fewer than 1 player in 100 has it.
Everything else worth having is in the hundreds. The penthouse is 749, the token doubler is 495 and VIP is 449, which is why the whole shop adds up the way it does.
