Flee the Facility has had 24 maps since it came out in 2017. 15 are in the map vote today.
Every map hides the same thing: computers. You need to hack them to power the exit doors, and the number of places one can appear changes a lot from map to map.
This page has every map with its computer and freeze pod spots. It also has the one habit that hacks them faster without giving you away.

The short version. Do not split up to hack. Three survivors on one computer at a time clear three computers in 60 seconds with 6 skill checks. Split up and it is 64 seconds and 18 checks.
Stack the computer, do not split up
Up to three survivors can hack the same computer, and it gets much faster with each one who joins.

Skill checks are the real cost. Miss one and the computer blows up, and everyone in the server hears it, including the Beast. Stacking cuts your chances of that from 18 down to 6.
With two survivors it takes the same 64 seconds either way, but stacking still halves the checks, from 12 to 6. So working together never costs you time.
The trade off. All of you in one room means the Beast can find all of you at once. Stack when you know where the Beast is, and spread out when you do not.
How many computers you actually need
The number is set by how many players are in the round, and there is always one more computer out there than you need.

Two exit doors, always. Every map has exactly 2, and that is on purpose: one door would let the Beast sit on it and win. Opening one takes 12 seconds and the progress does not save, so do not start unless you can finish.

Sorted by how many places a computer can turn up. Freeze pod spots are where the Beast can lock you away, so a map with lots of them is one to be careful on.

Facility 0, Arcade lead with 12 spots each. More spots means the same few computers are spread thinner, so they are harder for the Beast to watch. Abandoned Facility Optimus sits at the other end with 8.
5 maps do not have a count written down anywhere, and one of them is still marked unfinished. We have left those blank rather than guess at them.

What the Beast picks before the round starts
While you get your 15-second head start, the Beast is in the Beast Cave choosing a power. Four are named in the game and only three can actually be chosen.

If the Beast picks nothing, they get Runner. So on any round where the Beast was away from the keyboard at the start, you are up against Runner.

How many maps are in Flee the Facility?

Which Flee the Facility map has the most computers?
Facility 0, Arcade tie for the most places a computer can spawn, with 12 each. Abandoned Facility Optimus has the fewest at 8. Remember only a few of those spots are used each round.
How many computers do you have to hack?
One for every player in the round, and one spare always spawns on top. In a 5 player round that is 5 to hack out of 6 that appear.
Is it faster to hack a computer together or split up?
Together, and it is safer. Three survivors clear three computers in 60 seconds with 6 skill checks by stacking, against 64 seconds and 18 checks if you each take one. The catch is that you are all in one room.
What maps were removed from Flee the Facility?
7 in total: Abandoned Prison, Abandoned Facility, Abandoned Facility Remake, Forgotten Facility, Nuclear Power Plant, Laboratory Complex and Sewer Treatment Plant. Laboratory Complex and Sewer Treatment Plant are marked as removed only for now.
How long do you have to escape?
15 minutes, and the Beast spawns 15 seconds after you do. Getting hit puts you down for about 28 seconds, and a freeze pod takes 50 seconds to finish you off.
