How to Play Black Grimoire
There is not much of a tutorial, so here is the short version. Do these steps in order and you will be fighting in a few minutes.
- Join the NikkiDZN group before you start. It gives you free luck and it is needed for codes.
- Load the game and walk to the Grimoire Tower, which is where you roll for magic.
- Roll your grimoire. Press E, or the A button on a controller, to use things.
- Get your race and your class, which are rolled the same way.
- Fight the enemies near you to build Mastery, which makes your magic stronger.
- Look for a dungeon on the map, then clear it for better loot.
- Once you feel strong, try player fighting and start climbing the rankings.
One small thing that confuses new players. There is no sprint button here. You just walk, and your character picks up speed on its own.

Anti, Time, Spatial, and Imitation all do something odd instead of just throwing fire or ice, and they are the ones people talk about. You will see other pages listing exact roll chances for these. Be careful with those numbers. Most of them are really about a different game with a similar name. The rest do not match what the maker actually lists. Race Tickets let you reroll your race, and codes hand those out sometimes.
How to Stack Luck Boosts
This is the part most players miss, and it is free. Because your grimoire, race, and class are all rolled, luck is the most useful stat in the game. There are two boosts you can turn on before you ever roll, and they stack together.
- Join the NikkiDZN group on Roblox. That is worth 1 percent extra luck, and it doubles to 2 percent on weekends.
- Put the tag BG_ or _BG in your Roblox name. That is worth another 3 percent.
Do both and you are rolling with 4 percent extra luck on a weekday, or 5 percent on a weekend. So the smart move is simple. Set up the group and the name tag first, wait for a weekend, and then spend your Grimoire Removes. Joining the group is also what makes codes work, so there is no reason to skip it.
Black Grimoire Gameplay Explained
Once you have your magic, the game is about two things: growing Mastery and finding fights. Mastery goes up as you use your spells, and a higher Mastery means your attacks hit harder. That is the grind, and it is a slow one. It is why a lot of players farm the same enemies in one spot for hours.
Dungeons are the other half. They spawn on their own around the map, and each one is packed with enemies and loot. They are the better way to earn, and they are more fun than farming the same enemy. There is also player fighting and a ranking board, so once you are strong you can test your magic on real people.
